模擬潛水引起的小型豬骨髓壓變化

【摘要】:目的 :通過測定骨髓壓變化 ,評價高氣壓暴露對骨循環(huán)功能的影響。方法 :4頭小型豬共進行 6頭次 0 4 5MPa壓縮空氣中暴露 6h后 ,用 1min減壓。減壓后觀察動物發(fā)病情況 ,然后在麻醉狀態(tài)下作股骨中段穿剌并測定 :①骨髓壓 ;②向骨髓腔注入生理鹽水后的壓力恢復速率 (RR) ;③觀察泄壓后骨髓壓重建情況。結(jié)果 :動物減壓后都出現(xiàn)不同程度的減壓病癥狀 ;測得正常骨髓壓為 (12 7± 1 7)mmHg ,RR為 (0 99± 0 0 8)mmHg/min ,泄壓后 5 - 10min內(nèi)骨髓壓重建至原先水平。減壓后第 1h骨髓壓為 (2 7 4± 3 6 )mmHg ,明顯高于正常值 (P 0 0 1) ,而第 2h和第 4h無明顯改變 ;RR為 (0 6 2± 0 0 5 )mmHg /min ,明顯慢于正常值 (P 0 0 1)。結(jié)論 :快速減壓的模擬潛水使動物骨髓壓升高 ,壓力恢復時間延遲 ,提示模擬潛水后骨髓血液循環(huán)發(fā)生障礙 ,可能是減壓性骨壞死的發(fā)病原因之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of high pressure exposure on bone circulation function by measuring bone marrow pressure. Methods: four miniature pigs were exposed to 0.4 5MPa compressed air for 6 hours and then treated with 1min. After decompression, the incidence of the animal was observed, and then the middle segment of the femur was pierced under anesthesia and measured: (1) bone marrow pressure; (2) pressure recovery rate (RR); after injection of normal saline into the bone marrow cavity. 3 to observe the reconstruction of bone marrow pressure after pressure relief. Results: the symptoms of decompression were observed in all the animals after decompression, and the normal bone marrow pressure was (127 鹵17) mmHg, RR) mmHg/min, and the bone marrow pressure in 5-10min was reconstructed to the original level after decompression. The bone marrow pressure (27.4 鹵3.6) mmHg,) was significantly higher than the normal value (P 0.01) at 1 h after decompression, but there was no significant change at 2h and 4 h after decompression. RR was (0.62 鹵0.05) mmHg / min, which was significantly slower than the normal value (P 0.01). Conclusion: the simulated diving with rapid decompression increases the bone marrow pressure and delays the time of pressure recovery, suggesting that the disturbance of bone marrow blood circulation after simulated diving may be one of the causes of decompression osteonecrosis.
