21℃海水浸泡對(duì)火器傷合并失血休克犬血液流變學(xué)和血?dú)獾挠绊?/H1>

【摘要】:目的探討21℃海水浸泡對(duì)火器傷合并失血性休克犬血?dú)饧把毫髯儗W(xué)等指標(biāo)的變化及規(guī)律。方法健康成年雄性犬21條,隨機(jī)分為陸地創(chuàng)傷休克組(n=10),海水浸泡創(chuàng)傷休克組(n=11)。應(yīng)用滑膛槍發(fā)射鋼珠彈射擊動(dòng)物右側(cè)后肢,然后左側(cè)股動(dòng)脈快速放血使血壓降至40mmHg(5.3kPa),維持1h,造成創(chuàng)傷失血性休克模型。動(dòng)物分別置于21℃人工海水和陸地觀察,測定傷前、海水浸泡或陸地觀察(1,3,5)h血液流變學(xué)、血?dú)庵笜?biāo)及動(dòng)物活存時(shí)間。結(jié)果海水浸泡創(chuàng)傷休克組動(dòng)物存活率顯著低于陸地創(chuàng)傷休克組,血液流變學(xué)及血?dú)庵笜?biāo)均較陸地創(chuàng)傷休克組惡化。結(jié)論血液流變學(xué)和血?dú)飧淖冊(cè)诤K莼鹌鱾喜⑹а孕菘藙?dòng)物的高死亡率中起著重要的作用。
