【摘要】：目的保障航天遠洋測量船官兵在遠航執(zhí)行任務期間的飲食衛(wèi)生安全。方法通過部隊實地調(diào)查,實施飲食衛(wèi)生保障,邊實踐,邊探索,邊總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出航天遠洋測量船試驗任務期間3個階段的飲食衛(wèi)生保障:(1)航前補給食品衛(wèi)生保障主要采用實驗室微觀理化檢測方法實施。(2)航行中飲食衛(wèi)生保障主要采用宏觀監(jiān)督等綜合方法實施。(3)航行后實施遠航留樣食品處置,并進行飲食衛(wèi)生保障總結(jié)、評估。由于采取了這些做法,從而保障了遠洋測量船官兵在遠航執(zhí)行任務期間的飲食衛(wèi)生安全,確保了試驗任務的順利完成。結(jié)論在航天遠洋測量船試驗任務期間所采取的飲食衛(wèi)生保障做法是行之有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective to ensure the dietetic safety of the officers and men of the spaceflight oceangoing survey ship during the long voyage. Methods through the field investigation in the army, the food hygiene guarantee was carried out, while the practice, the exploration and the summary were carried out. Results\ Using comprehensive methods such as macroscopical supervision and other comprehensive methods to carry out the disposal of long-sailing sample food after sailing, And carries on the diet hygiene safeguard summary, the appraisal. As a result of these measures, the dietetic hygiene safety of officers and soldiers of ocean-going survey ship during the long voyage mission is guaranteed, and the successful completion of the test task is ensured. Conclusion it is effective to adopt the method of food and health protection during the test mission of aerospace oceangoing survey ship.
