【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用640層CT運(yùn)動(dòng)成像探討類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎腕關(guān)節(jié)的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能與血清類風(fēng)濕因子水平的相關(guān)性。方法:選擇類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎累及雙側(cè)腕關(guān)節(jié)患者20例,對(duì)雙側(cè)腕關(guān)節(jié)進(jìn)行640層CT運(yùn)動(dòng)成像,選取腕關(guān)節(jié)尺橈側(cè)方向的活動(dòng)度(尺側(cè)偏轉(zhuǎn)度、橈側(cè)偏轉(zhuǎn)度、尺橈側(cè)活動(dòng)度)為測(cè)量對(duì)象,同時(shí)檢測(cè)血清類風(fēng)濕因子水平。分別分析兩組數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:尺側(cè)偏轉(zhuǎn)度與血清類風(fēng)濕因子相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果為:r=-0.371,P=0.019;橈側(cè)偏轉(zhuǎn)度與血清類風(fēng)濕因子相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果為:r=-0.508,P=0.001;尺橈側(cè)活動(dòng)度與血清類風(fēng)濕因子相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果為:r=-0.439,P=0.005。結(jié)論:類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者腕關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能與血清類風(fēng)濕因子水平呈負(fù)相關(guān),640層CT運(yùn)動(dòng)成像方式可方便、直觀地顯示其運(yùn)動(dòng)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between wrist motor function and serum rheumatoid factor level in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis) by 640slice CT motion imaging. Methods: 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis involved in bilateral wrist joint were enrolled in this study. 640slice CT motion imaging was performed on bilateral wrist joint. The range of motion (ulna deviation, radius deviation, ulna and radius motion) of wrist joint was measured, and the level of serum rheumatoid factor was measured at the same time.
