細(xì)胞因子及其信號通路在放射性肝損傷發(fā)病中的作用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:放射性肝損傷(radiation-induced liver injury,RILI)是原發(fā)性肝癌及其他腹腔腫瘤放射治療中最主要的并發(fā)癥之一,它制約了腫瘤區(qū)的放療劑量,嚴(yán)重影響了患者的治療療效。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)RILI的發(fā)生與多種細(xì)胞因子相關(guān)。細(xì)胞因子通過啟動(dòng)多種下游信號通路參與RILI各階段的發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:Radiation liver injury (radiation-induced liver injury,RILI) is one of the most important complications in radiotherapy for primary liver cancer and other abdominal tumors. It restricts the dose of radiotherapy in tumor area and seriously affects the therapeutic effect of patients. It was found that the occurrence of RILI was related to a variety of cytokines. Cytokines are involved in the pathogenesis of RILI at all stages by activating a variety of downstream signaling pathways.
