【摘要】：目的了解目前我國(guó)軍事飛行員的心理健康水平以及心理干預(yù)對(duì)飛行員心理健康的影響,為心理衛(wèi)生保健工作提供參考。方法使用元分析方法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)近15年來(lái)有關(guān)軍事飛行員心理健康的研究進(jìn)行元分析,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)有中文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)檢索,最后對(duì)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的14篇原始文獻(xiàn)使用Meta分析軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果軍事飛行員除恐怖因子得分顯著高于全國(guó)常模外(t=3.93,P0.01),其他因子得分均顯著低于全國(guó)常模(t=6.18~19.29,P0.01);軍事飛行員SCL-90各因子得分均顯著低于軍人常模(t=34.76~71.37,P0.01);飛行員心理干預(yù)后SCL-90各因子得分顯著降低(t=11.67~5.38,P0.01)。結(jié)論我國(guó)軍事飛行員心理健康水平優(yōu)于全國(guó)人群和一般軍人群體,心理干預(yù)可以有效改善飛行員心理健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mental health level of military pilots in China and the influence of psychological intervention on mental health of pilots, and to provide reference for mental health care work. Methods Meta-analysis was used to analyze the mental health of military pilots in China in the past 15 years. Through the existing Chinese database, the data were searched.
