評價(jià)20-39歲人群心肺耐力的功率車二級定量負(fù)荷方案的研制

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究旨在研制20—39歲人群的功率車二級定量負(fù)荷方案,用于間接預(yù)測最大攝氧量,使最大攝氧量的測試能夠更快捷、更簡單,從而利于大范圍推廣最大攝氧量指標(biāo)的應(yīng)用。研究方法:1.經(jīng)過前期文獻(xiàn)查閱和預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,本研究設(shè)定方案的兩級負(fù)荷在40%和80%VO2MAX。然后依據(jù)最大攝氧量數(shù)據(jù)庫(直接測試法,男性樣本97人,女性93人,年齡20-39歲)計(jì)算出實(shí)際物理負(fù)荷。依據(jù)受試者在直接測試法中的運(yùn)動生理規(guī)律劃分二級負(fù)荷定量方案的測試階段及每一階段的時(shí)間。2.83名健康無慢性疾病的成年人(男性38名,女性45名,年齡20-39歲)參與兩次運(yùn)動測試(第一次為直接測試,第二次為二級定量負(fù)荷方案)來建立起功率車二級定量負(fù)荷方案預(yù)測最大攝氧量的預(yù)測方程。研究結(jié)果:1.最終制定的20-39歲人群功率車二級定量負(fù)荷方案的運(yùn)動方案如下:注:記錄每一負(fù)荷階段第二分鐘末,第二分半鐘末,第蘭分鐘末的心率。在記錄第一次心率后詢問受試者RPE。全程騎行轉(zhuǎn)速保持在60轉(zhuǎn)/分。2.本研究建立了以性別,BMI,第二級負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定心率HR2,第二級負(fù)荷RPE,RPE.2為自變量,受試者最大攝氧量絕對值為因變量的回歸方程為:VO2max(L/min)=4.651+(-0.674)*Gender+0.036*BMI+(-0.009)*HR2+(-0.070)*RPE2其中,Gender:男性=1,女性=2;BMI=體重(kg)/(身高(m))2;HR2為第二級負(fù)荷第2min末、第2.5min末和第3min末時(shí)的心率(次/min), RPE2為第二級負(fù)荷第2min時(shí)的RPE。方程的R=0.880,調(diào)整R2=0.775, SEE=0.273 L/m in,回歸方程及各自變量對因變量的解釋預(yù)測效果非常顯著,均小于0.01;貧w方程信效度較高。結(jié)論與建議:功率車二級定量負(fù)荷方案信效度較好,可以作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室最大攝氧量直接測試的替代亞極量方案,用于大規(guī)模調(diào)研最大攝氧量數(shù)據(jù)。同時(shí),由于負(fù)荷是亞極量,也可以用于臨床評估病人的心肺耐力。
