國人跟骨的螺旋CT三維重建測量數(shù)據(jù)及臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the anatomical data of calcaneal bone in Chinese by spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction, and to provide a set of scientific and objective reference data for anatomical reduction standard and orthopaedic operation of calcaneal fracture in Chinese. It provides some reference data for the research and design of calcaneal plate in Chinese. Methods: the calcaneal CT scanning data of 100 normal adults (M 50, F 50) were collected. The calcaneal length, width, height, Bohler's angle and Gissane's angle were further measured after reconstruction. Compare the measured data with the Western data. Results: the length, width and height of calcaneal bone in Chinese male group were (74.60 鹵5.06), (29.71 鹵2.93), (45.23 鹵4.46) mm;, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (41.48 鹵5.36), (26.65 鹵3.01), (42.23 鹵4.49) mm, (P < 0.05). The Gissane's angle was (123.3 鹵8.5) 擄in male group and (122.7 鹵8.9) 擄in female group, there was no significant difference between male group and female group (P 0.05). The angle of Bohler' s was (35.98 鹵4.34) 擄in male group and (38.31 鹵4.43) 擄in female group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the length, width and height of calcaneal between Chinese and Westerners (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in Bohler's angle and Gissane's angle between Chinese adults and Westerners (P 0.05). Conclusion: the calcaneal length, width and height of Chinese female adults are significantly smaller than those of males, and the Bohler' s angle of calcaneal bone is significantly larger than that of males. There is no significant difference in Gissane's angle between the two groups. Compared with the western data, the calcaneal length, width and height of Chinese adults were significantly smaller, while the Bohler's angle and Gissane's angle of calcaneal bone were basically the same.
