【摘要】：前交叉韌帶損傷是膝關(guān)節(jié)最常見運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷之一,手術(shù)治療或者保守治療后的康復(fù)對恢復(fù)膝關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性及預(yù)防骨關(guān)節(jié)炎有重要意義。本文綜述了國內(nèi)外前交叉韌帶損傷康復(fù)的大量研究結(jié)果。研究表明:前交叉韌帶損傷后,大部分患者選擇手術(shù)治療;術(shù)前康復(fù)的介入有利于術(shù)后康復(fù)效果;術(shù)后康復(fù)方案的進(jìn)程需要根據(jù)患者性別、職業(yè)、自身功能情況、合并的其他損傷、康復(fù)目標(biāo)來制定;術(shù)后康復(fù)中,股四頭肌的激活訓(xùn)練、雙側(cè)乆繩肌的平衡性訓(xùn)練、本體感覺訓(xùn)練、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的心理和認(rèn)知重建等尤為重要,也是運(yùn)動(dòng)員重返賽場的必備因素;目前對于運(yùn)動(dòng)員重返賽場的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評估還有待于進(jìn)一步完善,包括身體功能、心理自信、認(rèn)知功能等多個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is one of the most common sports injuries of knee joint. The rehabilitation after surgical or conservative treatment is of great significance in restoring the stability of knee joint and preventing osteoarthritis. In this paper, a large number of research results on the rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament injury at home and abroad are reviewed. The results show that most of the patients choose surgical treatment after anterior cruciate ligament injury; the intervention of rehabilitation before operation is beneficial to the rehabilitation effect after operation; the process of postoperative rehabilitation needs to be based on the patient's gender, occupation, and function. Other combined injuries and rehabilitation goals were formulated. During postoperative rehabilitation, the training of activation of quadriceps femoris, the training of balance between the two sides of the hamstring muscle, the training of proprioceptive sensation, and the psychological and cognitive reconstruction of athletes are particularly important. It is also a necessary factor for athletes to return to the field. At present, the standard evaluation of athletes returning to the field still needs to be further improved, including physical function, psychological self-confidence, cognitive function and so on.
