【摘要】：目的探討智力障礙運(yùn)動(dòng)員的足部健康特點(diǎn)。方法 2015年5月11日至17日,第六屆全國(guó)特奧會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員中的779名納入研究。采用健美雙足檢查表對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的下肢及足部進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果特奧運(yùn)動(dòng)員常見(jiàn)足部問(wèn)題有扁平足(左側(cè)52.2%,右側(cè)51.7%)、過(guò)度旋前(左側(cè)56.1%,右側(cè)56.9%)、胼胝(44.7%)、錯(cuò)誤的修剪趾甲(46.6%)、嵌甲(21.1%)、疊趾(6.8%)等。結(jié)論特奧會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的足部存在結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、趾甲、皮膚問(wèn)題,可能與智力障礙有關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of foot health in athletes with mental retardation. Methods from May 11 to 17, 2015, 779 athletes of the sixth National Special Olympics were included in the study. The athlete's lower limbs and feet were evaluated by using the bodybuilding bipedal checklist. Results the common foot problems were flat foot (left 52.2%, right 51.7%), hyperrotation (left 56.1%, right 56.9%), callus (44.7%), wrong trimming toenail (46.6%), inlaid nail (21.1%), folding toe (6.8%) and so on. Conclusion the foot structure, function, toenails and skin problems of the athletes may be related to mental retardation.
