適量運動通過調(diào)節(jié)細胞內(nèi)鈣穩(wěn)態(tài)影響T細胞功能

【摘要】:正運動可以通過多種方式影響免疫系統(tǒng)的功能,如調(diào)節(jié)中性粒細胞的呼吸爆發(fā),淋巴細胞增殖,或細胞介導(dǎo)的細胞毒作用。淋巴細胞的功能狀態(tài)嚴(yán)格受細胞內(nèi)鈣信號的動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)。既往研究對疲勞運動如何影響淋巴細胞增殖和細胞內(nèi)鈣信號有深入的研究,但關(guān)于適量持久的運動對細胞增殖和細胞內(nèi)鈣信號調(diào)節(jié)的研究非常有限,本文旨在研究適度鍛煉對于細胞內(nèi)鈣信號
[Abstract]:Positive movement can affect the function of the immune system in many ways, such as regulating the respiratory burst of neutrophils, lymphocyte proliferation, or cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The functional state of lymphocytes is strictly regulated by the intracellular calcium signal. Previous studies have focused on the effects of fatigue exercise on lymphocyte proliferation and intracellular calcium signal, but there are limited studies on the effects of sustained exercise on cell proliferation and intracellular calcium signal regulation. The aim of this study was to study the effect of moderate exercise on intracellular calcium signal.
