【摘要】：正1案例資料1.1簡要案情及現(xiàn)場情況某日,馮某(男)被發(fā)現(xiàn)死在自家院內(nèi),李某(女)死在馮某家中西臥室內(nèi)。馮某家位于村內(nèi)中心部位,其未婚,獨自居住。圍墻未見攀爬痕跡。大門內(nèi)外無撬痕。馮某尸體位于北屋門前水泥地面,穿襪無鞋,襪子底部粘附有血跡。頭頸部、雙腕部下方地面有血跡。北屋最上層臺階有一明顯的擦蹭痕跡(聯(lián)苯胺反應(yīng)呈陽性)。自西臥室門至客廳門之間有單向成趟穿襪血足跡和滴落血跡。自西臥室門至廚房洗手池處地面有
