濺狀血跡形態(tài)與噴射口徑及噴射角度的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)形成噴濺狀血跡,記錄和觀察噴射口徑、噴射角度對(duì)血跡形態(tài)特征的影響,測(cè)量噴濺距離,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析其與噴射口徑、噴射角度的相關(guān)性,從而研究出噴濺狀血跡形態(tài)與噴射口徑及噴射角度的相關(guān)性,為犯罪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的血跡形態(tài)分析工作提供科學(xué)參考。方法:建立釉面地磚為血跡載體,室溫恒溫25℃的室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境。設(shè)置自制可控模擬噴射裝置,依次連接醫(yī)用硅膠軟管、裝有實(shí)驗(yàn)用血的玻璃負(fù)壓引流瓶和指針式血壓計(jì),并置于可調(diào)節(jié)高度的支架之上,調(diào)節(jié)高度至120cm。固定好軟管方向并記錄其出口端所處位置,加壓使血液充滿軟管后用血管鉗夾住,繼續(xù)加壓至120mm Hg,釋放血管鉗,形成噴濺狀血跡。分別選取4種噴射口徑和同一垂直面內(nèi)的13個(gè)噴射角度,依次進(jìn)行模擬噴射實(shí)驗(yàn),每組重復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)5次,用照相設(shè)備記錄,觀察血跡的形態(tài)分布特征,測(cè)量由軟管出口端所處位置的地面對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)至噴濺方向血跡末端(不包括飛濺血跡)切線的直線距離為噴濺距離,并采用Excel2010進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)錄入。將噴射口徑、噴射角度作為自變量,噴濺距離作為因變量,用SPSS 20.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)M形成的噴濺狀血跡整體呈直線形分布(90度和-90度除外),伴有滴狀血跡和飛濺血跡,且左右較為對(duì)稱,其分布面積有隨口徑增大而增大的趨勢(shì)。向上組的血跡整體區(qū)多呈直線狀,向下組的血液整體區(qū)多呈類紡錘狀和類感嘆號(hào)狀。滴狀血跡為圓形或橢圓形,大小不一,邊緣光滑、極少出現(xiàn)毛刺,有相互交疊連接的現(xiàn)象,多出現(xiàn)在血跡的頭部、尾部,其直徑大小與噴射口徑未表現(xiàn)出明顯的關(guān)聯(lián)性,小直徑滴狀血跡的直徑在口徑組間無(wú)很大差別,但大直徑滴狀血跡的直徑有隨口徑增大而增大的趨勢(shì)。飛濺血跡多呈不規(guī)則的放射狀分布,集中在一個(gè)類似扇形的區(qū)域內(nèi),形態(tài)較為細(xì)小,主要呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則的多邊形狀、長(zhǎng)橢圓狀或帶拖尾狀和點(diǎn)狀三種形態(tài)。隨噴射口徑和噴射角度的變化,飛濺血跡的分布面積有隨口徑增大而增大的趨勢(shì),扇形的圓心角會(huì)發(fā)生不同程度的增大或減小,三種類型的飛濺血跡分布范圍和密度也會(huì)發(fā)生變化,但分布密度由血跡整體區(qū)向外圍區(qū)逐漸下降是不變的。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果表明:噴射口徑和噴射角度對(duì)噴濺距離具有交互作用。當(dāng)噴射角度≤0度時(shí),噴射口徑和噴射角度均與噴濺距離呈獨(dú)立正相關(guān);當(dāng)噴射角度≥0度時(shí),噴射口徑和噴濺距離呈獨(dú)立正相關(guān),噴射角度和噴濺距離呈獨(dú)立負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論:噴濺狀血跡形態(tài)與噴射口徑及噴射角度有相關(guān)性。犯罪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)遺留噴濺狀血跡的形態(tài)分布特征和噴濺距離,可用于分辨動(dòng)脈噴濺狀血跡、推斷出血點(diǎn)、判斷血跡形成的先后順序等血跡形態(tài)分析工作,有助于提升血跡形態(tài)分析的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確度。
