【摘要】：目的評價(jià)促性腺激素釋放激素類似物預(yù)防化療所致卵巢功能損害的臨床效果。方法采用電子數(shù)據(jù)庫PubMed、西文生物醫(yī)學(xué)期刊文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(FMJS）、中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)字知識服務(wù)平臺、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫，檢索詞包括“促性腺激素釋放激素類似物／促性腺激素釋放激素激動(dòng)劑/促性腺激素釋放激素抑制劑”，“化學(xué)治療／化療”，“卵巢功能”；“GnRHa”，“chemotherapy”，“ovarian damage／ovarian function／premature ovarian failure”，搜索試驗(yàn)組化療前使用促性腺激素釋放激素類似物(戈舍瑞林、曲普瑞林、抑那通)，對照組化療前未使用促性腺激素釋放激素類似物的隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)和臨床對照試驗(yàn)。提取的數(shù)據(jù)采用RevMan5.1.7軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果納入文獻(xiàn)7篇共624例，其中各研究具有較好的同質(zhì)性(I2=0%，P0．05)，，可以進(jìn)行合并分析，采用固定效應(yīng)模型分析，結(jié)果顯示促性腺激素釋放激素類似物能有效預(yù)防化療所致卵巢功能損害(P0．01)。受納入文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量和質(zhì)量的限制，本次Meta分析結(jié)果尚有待于高質(zhì)量的大樣本隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)予以證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue in preventing ovarian dysfunction induced by chemotherapy. Methods PubMed, FMJS, CNKI, Wanfang digital knowledge service platform, Weipu Chinese science and technology journal database were used. Keywords include "gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue / gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist / gonadotropin releasing hormone inhibitor", "chemotherapy / chemotherapy", "ovarian function", "GnRHa", "chemotherapy", "ovarian damage/ovarian function/premature ovarian failure", search trial group before chemotherapy using gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue (Goserelin, trapraline, The control group did not use gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue before chemotherapy in a randomized controlled trial and a clinical controlled trial. The extracted data were analyzed by Meta with Revman 5.1.7 software. Results A total of 624 cases were included in 7 articles. Among them, each study had good homogeneity (I2P 0.05), which could be analyzed by combination analysis and fixed effect model analysis. The results showed that gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue could effectively prevent ovarian dysfunction induced by chemotherapy (P0.01). Limited by the quantity and quality of the literature, the results of this meta-analysis have yet to be confirmed by a large sample of high quality randomized controlled trials.
