正常老年人肝臟CT與年齡變化的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的探討CT測量正常老年人肝臟體積變化規(guī)律及其意義。材料與方法選取100例無肝臟疾病和無肝臟體積增大因素的CT檢查者,共分五組:50歲以下組(對照組),36例,51~59歲組,60~69歲組,,70~79歲組,80歲以上組。測量計算各組肝臟的體積。肝臟體積采用MSCT肝臟體積測量技術(shù),計算機(jī)自帶Volume軟件進(jìn)行體積測量。對不同組年齡的測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較分析。結(jié)果本法測得:1、正常對照組(50歲以下組)平均肝臟體積為(1150.30±172.40)cm~3,2、50歲以上60歲以下組平均肝臟體積為(1116.20±165.56)cm~3;3、60歲以上70歲以下組平均肝體積為(1013.17±157.80)cm~3;4、70歲以上80歲以下組平均肝體積(910.26±148.56)cm~3;5、80歲以上組平均肝體積(849.21±139.14)cm~3。四組與對照組比較均有顯著差異(P<0.005),與身高(body height)、體重(body weight)、體表面積(body surface area)之間均存在著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。γ分別為0.678、0.821、0.886 ,均有顯著性(P 0.001),由體表面積推導(dǎo)正常人群標(biāo)準(zhǔn)肝臟體積公式為:LV(cm~3 ) = 570.2×體表面積(m2) + 167.2。隨著年齡的增長,肝臟的體積、最大平面面積均有縮小趨勢。肝臟體積與最大平面面積密切相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.82以上。結(jié)論1、MSCT肝臟體積測量技術(shù)能較準(zhǔn)確測量老年人肝臟的體積與最大平面面積,且隨著年齡的增大而縮小,方法簡單可行。避免老年肝因體積縮小而誤診為病變肝起積極意義。2、老年人肝臟體積與身高、體重和體表面積密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the regularity and significance of CT measurement of liver volume in normal elderly people. Materials and methods 100 patients with no liver disease and no factors of liver volume enlargement were selected and divided into five groups: 36 patients under 50 years old (control group), 60 69 years old group, 70 79 years old group and above 80 years old group. The volume of liver in each group was measured and calculated. MSCT was used to measure the liver volume, and the volume software was used to measure the liver volume. The measurement results of different age groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results the mean liver volume of the normal control group (< 50 years old) was (1150.30 鹵172.40) cm ~ (-1). The mean liver volume of the group over 50 years old was (1116.20 鹵165.56) cm ~ (3) cm ~ (-1). The average liver volume of the group under 70 years old was (1013.17 鹵157.80) cm ~ (-1) ~ (3N) ~ (172.40) cm ~ (-1), the mean liver volume of the group under 80 years old was (910.26 鹵148.56) cm ~ (-1) 路cm ~ (-3); The mean liver volume was (849.21 鹵139.14) cm ~ (-1) in the group over 80 years old. There was a significant difference between the four groups and the control group (P < 0.005), and there was a positive correlation between the four groups and the body surface area (body surface area) of height, weight, (body weight), 緯 = 0.678 鹵0.821 鹵0.886, respectively. Conclusion (1) MSCT can accurately measure the liver volume and the maximum plane area of the elderly, and decrease with age. The method is simple and feasible. The volume of liver in the elderly was closely related to height, weight and surface area.
