【摘要】：目的：探討急性胰腺炎(AP)并發(fā)肝臟損害肝臟密度降低的原因。 方法：35例急性胰腺炎(AP)肝臟損害患者進(jìn)行治療前后CT.MRI影像學(xué)對比觀察；MRI檢查序列為T2WI脂肪抑制,T1WI同相位(in-phase); T1WI反相位(out-phase)。 結(jié)果：35例急性胰腺炎(AP)肝臟損害患者肝臟CT值都有不同程度的降低,治療后都有不同程度的恢復(fù)；MRI檢查：35例患者肝臟T2WI脂肪抑制治療前后均呈等信號；T1WI同相位35例均為稍高信號,治療前后無明顯變化；T1WI反相位：治療前10例呈低信號,14例呈稍低信號,6例呈等信號,5例呈較高信號；治療后7例呈高信號,18例呈稍高信號,5例呈等信號,2例呈低信號,3例呈稍低信號�；颊咧委熐昂驝T值t檢驗,t=-7.226,P0.01；治療前后Out-phase像卡方檢驗,卡方值=26.890,P0.01；均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論：急性胰腺炎肝臟損害肝臟密度降低的影像特征符合肝臟脂肪成分增加導(dǎo)致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the causes of hepatic density decrease in acute pancreatitis (AP) complicated with liver damage. Methods Thirty-five cases of acute pancreatitis (AP) with liver damage were examined by CT and MRI imaging before and after treatment. The sequence of MRI was T2WI fat suppression T1WI (in-phase), T1WI inverse phase (out-phase). Results the CT value of liver in 35 patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) was decreased in different degree, and the recovery of MRI in different degree was observed in 35 cases of acute pancreatitis (AP) before and after T2WI fat suppression treatment. Before and after treatment, 10 cases showed hypointensity in 14 cases with hypointensity in 6 cases, and 5 cases showed high signal intensity in 5 cases. After treatment, 7 cases showed hyperintense signal in 18 cases, slightly high signal intensity in 5 cases, isokinetic signal in 2 cases, low signal intensity in 3 cases, and slightly low signal intensity in 3 cases. Before and after treatment, the CT value of the patients was t test and the Out-phase chi-square test had statistical significance. Conclusion: the image features of liver density decrease in acute pancreatitis accord with the increase of hepatic fat content.
