【摘要】：正病例資料男,35歲,身高151cm,體檢胸片發(fā)現(xiàn)胸廓呈圓錐形,雙側(cè)鎖骨中外段部分缺如,肩胛骨關節(jié)盂淺小,胸段脊柱輕度側(cè)彎(圖1);加照頭顱、骨盆及雙側(cè)上、下肢X片示顱頂橫徑增加,顱縫增寬,頭面部比例失調(diào)(圖2),顱底結(jié)構(gòu)向顱腔內(nèi)陷入,顴骨及上頜骨小而下頜骨相對增大,造成面中部凹陷,側(cè)貌為新月形,并形成骨性反頜(圖3);雙側(cè)髖關節(jié)內(nèi)翻,髖臼發(fā)育不良,股骨頭半脫位,股骨頸短粗,頸干角縮小,股骨大粗隆
[Abstract]:The patient was 35 years old and was 151cm tall. The chest radiographs showed that the chest was conical, the middle part of the bilateral clavicle was absent, the glenoid of the scapular joint was small, and the thoracic spine was slightly curved (fig. 1). The X ray images of lower extremities showed that the transverse diameter of the cranium was increased, the cranial suture widened, the craniofacial ratio was disproportion (fig. 2), the skull base structure fell into the skull cavity, the zygomatic and maxillary bones were small and the mandible was relatively large, resulting in the midfacial depression and the crescent shape of the side.
