【摘要】：正患者男,35歲,因左大腿疼痛來院就診�；颊邿o明顯誘因出現(xiàn)大腿疼痛,呈持續(xù)性輕度隱痛,無放射痛,自覺左側(cè)大腿下段發(fā)緊,自服止痛藥后無明顯緩解。體檢:左大腿下段較對側(cè)稍腫脹,可及深壓痛,局部皮溫?zé)o明顯增高,無血管怒張及皮膚發(fā)紅。余未見確切異常。X線表現(xiàn):左側(cè)股骨中下段溶骨性骨質(zhì)破壞,大小約13.7 cm×4.5 cm,呈膨脹性生長,其內(nèi)密度不均,見多房囊
[Abstract]:A 35-year-old patient with pain in his left thigh came to the hospital. The patient had no obvious inducement to appear thigh pain, sustained mild pain, no radiation pain, conscious left thigh tightening, no obvious relief after taking painkillers. Physical examination: the left lower thigh is slightly swollen, can reach deep tenderness, there is no obvious increase in local skin temperature, no vascular irritation and skin redness. X ray findings: osteolytic bone destruction in the left middle and lower femur, about 13.7 cm 脳 4.5 cm in size, with swelling growth and uneven density within the left femur, with multiple sacs.
