服裝表演專業(yè)女模常見(jiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷分析及腰傷康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練

【摘要】:最近幾年以來(lái),我國(guó)高校的服裝表演專業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展備受人們的關(guān)注。究其自身的完美性和成熟度而言,對(duì)于服裝表演女模來(lái)說(shuō),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)這其中還有很多被我們長(zhǎng)期忽略以及值得進(jìn)一步探討的地方,例如服裝表演專業(yè)女模的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷及康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練就是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練能夠幫助女模預(yù)防傷病,發(fā)展身體功能以及損傷后的功能恢復(fù),文章通過(guò)研究服裝表演專業(yè)女模的常見(jiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷,針對(duì)腰部損傷進(jìn)行干預(yù),提出相應(yīng)的康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練。研究目的:本文通過(guò)對(duì)服裝表演專業(yè)女模常見(jiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷或傷病、損傷部位、損傷原因、損傷程度等方面的研究和分析,然后對(duì)20名患有腰傷的女模進(jìn)行功能性動(dòng)作篩查(functional movement screen,FMS)、肌力測(cè)試、體姿和柔韌性測(cè)試,結(jié)合女模訓(xùn)練等特點(diǎn),制定一套能夠有效預(yù)防和緩解服裝表演女模腰傷的康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練方案,探討女模傷病的防治問(wèn)題,保證女模的正常訓(xùn)練比賽。研究對(duì)象:針對(duì)篩查結(jié)果我們就近選擇進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練干預(yù)的對(duì)象則為山東體育學(xué)院體育藝術(shù)學(xué)院大一至大四服裝表演專業(yè)有腰傷的女模,共計(jì)20人。研究結(jié)論:1.女模最常見(jiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷為腰傷,最常見(jiàn)損傷類型為腰肌勞損。2.女模常見(jiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷產(chǎn)生的主要原因有:高跟鞋的長(zhǎng)期穿著、熱身及準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)不夠充分、運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞或過(guò)度疲勞等因素。3.八周的康復(fù)體能訓(xùn)練能夠有效的緩解20名腰傷女模的疼痛感,提高了FMS得分,能夠有效提高腹部和背部的肌肉力量水平和核心穩(wěn)定能力,有效降低了女模骨盆前傾角度,解決了“下交叉綜合征”的問(wèn)題,緩解了腰椎關(guān)節(jié)的壓力和腰部肌肉的緊張度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay close attention to the rapid development of costume performance major in colleges and universities in China. In terms of their own perfection and maturity, we find that there are still a lot of things that we have long neglected and are worth further exploring for women models in costume performances. For example, the sports injury and rehabilitation physical training of the female model of costume performance is a subject worth studying. Rehabilitation physical training can help female model prevent injury, develop physical function and function recovery after injury. Put forward the corresponding rehabilitation physical training. Objective: through the research and analysis of the common sports injury or injury, injury location, injury cause, injury degree and so on. Then 20 female models with waist injury were screened for functional movement screenFMS, muscle strength test, body posture and flexibility test, combined with female model training. To establish a set of rehabilitation physical training program which can effectively prevent and alleviate the waist injury of female model in costume performance, to discuss the prevention and treatment of female model injury, and to ensure the normal training competition of female model. Participants: according to the results of screening, we chose the female model with waist injury in the college of physical education and art, Shandong Institute of physical Education and Art, who had waist injuries. Conclusion: 1. The most common sports injury of female model was lumbar injury, and the most common injury type was lumbar muscle strain. The main causes of female model's common sports injury are: long wear of high heels, insufficient warm-up and preparation, exercise fatigue or overfatigue. Eight weeks of rehabilitation physical training can effectively relieve the pain of 20 female models with waist injury, improve the FMS score, effectively improve the muscle strength level and core stability ability of abdomen and back, and effectively reduce the pelvic tilt angle of female models. It solves the problem of lower cross syndrome and relieves the pressure of lumbar joint and the tension of lumbar muscles.
