【摘要】：目的分析肺撕裂傷的CT征象并探討其分型。方法回顧性分析28例肺撕裂傷的CT表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果28例患者共累計(jì)47個(gè)肺葉(63個(gè)病灶),其中右肺上葉10個(gè),右肺中葉7個(gè),右肺下葉18個(gè),左肺上葉8個(gè),左肺下葉20個(gè),63個(gè)病灶中34個(gè)位于肺表面或胸膜下,20個(gè)位于脊柱旁,9個(gè)病灶位于肺深部。CT表現(xiàn)為肺氣囊14個(gè)、肺氣液囊17個(gè)、胸膜下氣泡影22個(gè),肺血腫10個(gè),肺撕裂傷周?chē)喜⒉煌潭鹊姆未靷�。CT分型為I型5例,Ⅱ型12例;Ⅲ型8例,Ⅰ型+Ⅱ型同時(shí)存在3例。25例患者伴有肋骨骨折,13例患者合并血?dú)庑?6例患者合并皮下氣腫,2例患者合并縱隔氣腫,1例患者合并血管損傷。結(jié)論 CT檢查可早期發(fā)現(xiàn)、診斷和動(dòng)態(tài)觀察肺撕裂傷,氣液囊及胸膜下氣泡影為其特征性表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the CT features of pulmonary laceration and to explore its classification. Methods CT findings of 28 patients with pulmonary laceration were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 47 lobes (63 lesions) were found in 28 patients, including 10 in the upper lobe of the right lung, 7 in the middle lobe of the right lung, 18 in the lower lobe of the right lung, and 8 in the upper lobe of the left lung. Of the 20 lesions in the left lower lobe, 34 were located on the surface of the lung or subpleural area, 20 were located near the spinal column, 9 were located in the deep part of the lung, 14 were pulmonary sac, 17 were pneumaticoid sac, 22 were subpleural air bubble, and 10 were pulmonary hematoma.
