iDose4迭代重建技術(shù)在胸部CT掃描中最佳方案的探討

【摘要】:目的探討i Dose4迭代重建技術(shù)在胸部CT掃描中的最佳電流強度。方法收集行256層螺旋CT胸部掃描的患者135例,隨機分為5組,A、B、C、D組各30例,E組15例。其中A組為對照組,行常規(guī)劑量100 m As掃描,用傳統(tǒng)的濾過反透射法重建,其余各組依次分別為75、50、30、15 m As進行掃描,并在i Dose4-5水平重建圖像,對5組圖像進行主觀評價和客觀評價。結(jié)果在i Dose4-5水平下,隨著電流強度的降低,有效劑量逐漸減小,圖像噪聲值逐漸增大,B、C、D、E組有效劑量較A組分別減少約27.74%、51.82%、77.01%和83.94%,B、C、D組圖像質(zhì)量評分與A組比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P均0.05),E組圖像質(zhì)量與A組比較有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論在i Dose4-5水平,電流強度降低至30 m As可以明顯減低輻射劑量,且圖像質(zhì)量不受影響,可以作為胸部低劑量掃描的最佳方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the optimal current intensity of I Dose4 iterative reconstruction technique in chest CT scan. Methods 135 patients with 256-slice spiral CT were randomly divided into 5 groups: group D (30 cases) and group E (15 cases). Group A was used as the control group. The conventional dose 100m as scan was performed and reconstructed by the traditional filter reverse transmission method. The rest groups were scanned with 7550 mAs and 3015mAs, respectively, and the images were reconstructed at the level of I Dose4-5. Five groups of images were evaluated subjectively and objectively. Results at the I Dose4-5 level, the effective dose decreased with the decrease of the current intensity. The image noise value gradually increased. The effective dose in group E was decreased by 27.74% than that in group A (51.82% and 83.94% respectively). There was no significant difference in image quality between group A and group A (P < 0.05). There was significant difference in image quality between group E and group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion at the I Dose4-5 level, the reduction of the current intensity to 30 Mas can significantly reduce the radiation dose, and the image quality is not affected, so it can be regarded as the best scheme for low dose chest scanning.
