【摘要】：目的研究64層螺旋CT冠狀動(dòng)脈成像中心電編輯技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用。方法選擇40例行64層螺旋CT冠狀動(dòng)脈造影患者,具有嚴(yán)重的重組偽影,心律失常,給診斷帶來(lái)極大的影響。對(duì)比常規(guī)CT心電編輯重組影像質(zhì)量,按照節(jié)段實(shí)際呈現(xiàn)狀況確定偽影是否存在,劃分成像質(zhì)量等級(jí)。分析心電編輯技術(shù)的應(yīng)用在64層螺旋CT冠狀動(dòng)脈成像中的影響。結(jié)果 40例患者心電編輯之前,冠狀勸脈總數(shù)為527段,其中圖像質(zhì)量Ⅰ級(jí)有131節(jié)段,占比24.86%;Ⅱ級(jí)有163節(jié)段,占比30.93%;Ⅲ級(jí)有119節(jié)段,占比22.58%;Ⅳ級(jí)有114節(jié)段,占比21.63%。心電編輯之后,冠狀動(dòng)脈總數(shù)532段。其中圖像質(zhì)量Ⅰ級(jí)有443節(jié)段,占比83.27%;Ⅱ級(jí)有67節(jié)段,占比12.59%;Ⅲ級(jí)有9節(jié)段,占比1.69%;Ⅳ級(jí)有13節(jié)段,占比2.44%。心電編輯前,圖像質(zhì)量與確診要求相一致的一共有413段,占比78.36%。心電編輯后,圖像質(zhì)量圖像質(zhì)量與確診要求相一致的一共有519段,占比97.55%。冠狀動(dòng)脈節(jié)段影響顯示優(yōu)良的共有510段,占比95.86%。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),心電編輯前后,冠狀動(dòng)脈各段影像質(zhì)量存在著較大的差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 64層螺旋CT冠狀動(dòng)脈成像中心電編輯技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,可改善多數(shù)患者異常的冠狀動(dòng)脈圖像質(zhì)量,臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging center electrical editing technique. Methods 40 patients with 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography had severe recombination artifacts and arrhythmias, which had great influence on diagnosis. Compared with the conventional CT ECG editing and reorganizing image quality, according to the actual presentation of segment to determine whether the artifact exists or not, and to classify the imaging quality grade. The effect of ECG editing technique on 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography was analyzed.
