仰臥起坐動作改良對軀干核心肌力平衡的影響

【摘要】:目的探討仰臥起坐訓(xùn)練及其改良動作在表面肌電檢測方面的差異。方法 2015年5~8月隨機選取某部新兵128人,隨機分為A組、B組、C組和D組,每組32人。A、B兩組均采用傳統(tǒng)仰臥起坐動作訓(xùn)練,但A組訓(xùn)練強度為35次/2 min,B組為70次/2 min;C、D組采用改良動作訓(xùn)練,C組訓(xùn)練強度為35次/2 min,D組為70次/2 min。于第2、4、6、8周末分批檢測部分受試者腹部及腰背部肌肉表面肌電及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等血清指標,并對上述肌肉行MRI檢查。結(jié)果第2、4周末各組RMS值比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),第6周末C組豎脊肌RMS值高于A、B兩組(P0.05),第8周時上述差異更為明顯(P0.05);但C組與D組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。C組各時間點CK-MM及SOD水平高于A組(P0.05),低于D組(P0.05),但與B組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。MRI檢查顯示在第2、4、6周時各組均未見陽性變化,第8周時可見B組1例腹直肌出現(xiàn)邊界模糊的線狀或片狀影,呈T1WI低信號T2WI高信號,余各組未見陽性表現(xiàn)。結(jié)論仰臥起坐改良動作有助于保持軀干核心肌力平衡,減輕局部肌肉損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of surface electromyography in sit-up training and its improvement. Methods A total of 128 recruits from May to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 32) and group D (n = 32). But the training intensity of group A was 35 times / 2 min group B group was 70 times / 2 min training group C group training intensity was 35 times / 2 min group and group D group was 70 times / 2 min. At the end of the 8th week, the muscle surface electromyography (EMG) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MMN), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in some of the subjects, and MRI was performed on the muscles. Results at the end of the 2nd week, there was no significant difference in RMS value in all groups. At the end of the 6th week, the RMS value of the erector spinal muscle in group C was higher than that in group A and B, and the difference was more obvious at the 8th week, but there was no significant difference between group C and group D (P 0.05.C). The levels of CK-MM and SOD at each time point were higher than those in group A (P 0.05) and lower than those in group D (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group B (P 0.05). At the 8th week, one patient in group B showed a linear or flake shadow with blurred boundary of rectus abdominis, which showed T1WI low signal T2WI hyperintensity, but no positive findings in other groups. Conclusion the improved sit-ups can help to maintain the balance of the trunk core muscle and reduce the local muscle injury.
