長期高強度有氧運動對女性內(nèi)分泌激素的調(diào)節(jié)作用分析

【摘要】:內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)往往是困擾現(xiàn)代女性的首要問題。為研究長期高強度有氧運動對女性內(nèi)分泌激素的調(diào)節(jié)作用,任意選擇某大學(xué)女性研究生80名,隨機平均將其劃分成對照組和運動組,運動組受試者需進(jìn)行8周有氧訓(xùn)練,對照組在實驗期間不進(jìn)行任何運動。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):運動組受試者實驗后體重、腹部皮褶厚度和髂部皮褶厚度、腰圍等低于實驗前;運動組受試者實驗后細(xì)胞內(nèi)液、細(xì)胞外液、基礎(chǔ)代謝率以及總水分高于實驗前和對照組;在有氧運動量較小的情況下,對照組和運動組受試者實驗前后內(nèi)分泌激素水平均無顯著差異(P0.05);在有氧運動量較大的情況下,對照組實驗前后內(nèi)分泌激素水平無顯著差異(P0.05),運動組實驗后內(nèi)分泌LH、FSH水平低于實驗前和對照組,差異具有顯著性(P0.05);PROG水平低于實驗前和對照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01)。由此得知,長期高強度有氧訓(xùn)練能夠減少體脂含量、改善體液、促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)代謝,會影響女性月經(jīng)周期和妊娠。
[Abstract]:Endocrine disorders are often the primary problem that puzzles modern women. In order to study the regulating effect of long-term high intensity aerobic exercise on female endocrine hormone, 80 female graduate students were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. The subjects in exercise group needed 8 weeks of aerobic training. The control group did not exercise during the experiment. The results showed that the body weight, abdominal skin fold thickness, iliac skin fold thickness and waist circumference of exercise group were lower than those before the experiment. The basal metabolic rate and total water content were higher than those before the experiment and the control group. When the amount of aerobic exercise was small, there was no significant difference in the levels of endocrine hormones between the control group and the exercise group before and after the experiment, while in the case of higher aerobic exercise, there was no significant difference in endocrine hormone levels between the control group and the exercise group before and after the experiment. There was no significant difference in the levels of endocrine hormones in the control group before and after the experiment (P 0.05), but the level of endocrine LHH FSH in the exercise group was lower than that before the experiment and the control group, and there was a significant difference in the level of prog between the exercise group and the control group. The difference was very significant (P 0.01). Therefore, long-term high intensity aerobic training can reduce body fat content, improve body fluid, promote protein metabolism, and affect menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
