長(zhǎng)期高強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)女性?xún)?nèi)分泌激素的調(diào)節(jié)作用分析

【摘要】:內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)往往是困擾現(xiàn)代女性的首要問(wèn)題。為研究長(zhǎng)期高強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)女性?xún)?nèi)分泌激素的調(diào)節(jié)作用,任意選擇某大學(xué)女性研究生80名,隨機(jī)平均將其劃分成對(duì)照組和運(yùn)動(dòng)組,運(yùn)動(dòng)組受試者需進(jìn)行8周有氧訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組在實(shí)驗(yàn)期間不進(jìn)行任何運(yùn)動(dòng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):運(yùn)動(dòng)組受試者實(shí)驗(yàn)后體重、腹部皮褶厚度和髂部皮褶厚度、腰圍等低于實(shí)驗(yàn)前;運(yùn)動(dòng)組受試者實(shí)驗(yàn)后細(xì)胞內(nèi)液、細(xì)胞外液、基礎(chǔ)代謝率以及總水分高于實(shí)驗(yàn)前和對(duì)照組;在有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)量較小的情況下,對(duì)照組和運(yùn)動(dòng)組受試者實(shí)驗(yàn)前后內(nèi)分泌激素水平均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);在有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)量較大的情況下,對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后內(nèi)分泌激素水平無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),運(yùn)動(dòng)組實(shí)驗(yàn)后內(nèi)分泌LH、FSH水平低于實(shí)驗(yàn)前和對(duì)照組,差異具有顯著性(P0.05);PROG水平低于實(shí)驗(yàn)前和對(duì)照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01)。由此得知,長(zhǎng)期高強(qiáng)度有氧訓(xùn)練能夠減少體脂含量、改善體液、促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)代謝,會(huì)影響女性月經(jīng)周期和妊娠。
[Abstract]:Endocrine disorders are often the primary problem that puzzles modern women. In order to study the regulating effect of long-term high intensity aerobic exercise on female endocrine hormone, 80 female graduate students were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. The subjects in exercise group needed 8 weeks of aerobic training. The control group did not exercise during the experiment. The results showed that the body weight, abdominal skin fold thickness, iliac skin fold thickness and waist circumference of exercise group were lower than those before the experiment. The basal metabolic rate and total water content were higher than those before the experiment and the control group. When the amount of aerobic exercise was small, there was no significant difference in the levels of endocrine hormones between the control group and the exercise group before and after the experiment, while in the case of higher aerobic exercise, there was no significant difference in endocrine hormone levels between the control group and the exercise group before and after the experiment. There was no significant difference in the levels of endocrine hormones in the control group before and after the experiment (P 0.05), but the level of endocrine LHH FSH in the exercise group was lower than that before the experiment and the control group, and there was a significant difference in the level of prog between the exercise group and the control group. The difference was very significant (P 0.01). Therefore, long-term high intensity aerobic training can reduce body fat content, improve body fluid, promote protein metabolism, and affect menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
