計(jì)算機(jī)輔助診斷在肝臟灌注中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步,CT灌注成像在疾病診療方面發(fā)揮著日趨重要的作用。CT灌注成像是從組織細(xì)胞和微循環(huán)水平來(lái)評(píng)估組織的生理病理狀態(tài),是醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)之一。近年來(lái),CT灌注成像在頭部的應(yīng)用日益成熟,但在肝臟中的應(yīng)用卻發(fā)展緩慢。因?yàn)楦闻K具有復(fù)雜的雙重供血系統(tǒng),與CT頭部灌注成像相比,CT肝臟灌注成像更為困難。本文的目的是開(kāi)發(fā)一套針對(duì)CT肝臟灌注的CAD軟件,該軟件可計(jì)算各項(xiàng)肝臟灌注參數(shù),,并生成功能圖像,從而提高醫(yī)生對(duì)肝臟疾病的診斷質(zhì)量和診斷效率。 本文主要做了以下幾方面工作:首先,介紹了灌注成像的基本原理,以及幾種灌注的數(shù)學(xué)模型和灌注成像的主要參數(shù)。其次,研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)三種計(jì)算肝臟灌注參數(shù)的算法,并嵌入研發(fā)的CT肝臟灌注CAD軟件中。此外,在常規(guī)的雙輸入模型算法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方法,并與原雙輸入法和斜率法進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)后的算法比原算法計(jì)算灌注參數(shù)更為精確,與較為穩(wěn)定的斜率法計(jì)算出的參數(shù)有很好的一致性。最后,使用一組真實(shí)的肝癌CT數(shù)據(jù)和一組正常肝臟CT數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)對(duì)所研發(fā)的軟件進(jìn)行測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,軟件的所有算法均可使肝癌病灶部分在功能圖像上更為突出的顯示出來(lái),且操作方便,能夠輔助醫(yī)生對(duì)肝臟病變進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, CT perfusion imaging plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Ct perfusion imaging is a hot spot in the field of medical image processing, which is to evaluate the physiological and pathological status of tissues from the level of tissue cells and microcirculation.In recent years, the application of CT perfusion imaging in the head is becoming more and more mature, but the application in the liver is slow.Because the liver has a complex dual blood supply system, CT perfusion imaging is more difficult than CT perfusion imaging.The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of CAD software for CT liver perfusion. The software can calculate the parameters of hepatic perfusion and generate functional images, thus improving the quality and efficiency of diagnosis of liver diseases by doctors.The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the basic principle of perfusion imaging, several mathematical models of perfusion and the main parameters of perfusion imaging are introduced.Secondly, three algorithms for calculating liver perfusion parameters are studied and implemented, and embedded into CT liver perfusion CAD software.In addition, based on the conventional double input model algorithm, the corresponding improved method is proposed and compared with the original double input method and slope method.The results show that the improved algorithm is more accurate than the original algorithm in calculating the perfusion parameters and is in good agreement with the parameters calculated by the more stable slope method.Finally, a set of real liver cancer CT data and a set of normal liver CT data are used to test the developed software. The results show that all the algorithms of the software can make the liver cancer focus more prominent on the functional images.And the operation is convenient, can assist the doctor to carry on the examination to the liver disease.
