最大力量練習對中老年人跑步經濟性的影響

【摘要】:目的探討最大力量練習對中老年人跑步經濟性的影響。方法運用實驗、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、邏輯分析等方法,對實驗組的10名健康且有運動習慣的中老年人進行6 w的最大力量訓練,對照組的10名健康且有運動習慣的中老年人進行正常的日常力量鍛煉。結果 6 w的最大力量練習對提高中老年人跑步經濟性具有非常顯著的效果。結論每周3次,共持續(xù)6 w,約占耐力訓練總量1/10的負重半蹲最大力量練習,并不會影響中老年人有氧機能的發(fā)展;相反,可以有效增強中老年人神經肌肉功能,改善其跑步經濟性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of maximum strength exercise on the economy of middle and old people running. Methods by means of experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, 10 middle-aged and old people with exercise habits in the experimental group were trained with maximum strength for 6 weeks. Results the maximum strength exercise of 6 weeks had a significant effect on the economic efficiency of the middle aged and old people running. Conclusion: three times a week, 10 healthy middle-aged and elderly people with exercise habits take part in normal daily strength exercise, and the results show that the maximum strength exercise at 6 weeks has a significant effect on the economy of running. A total of 6 weeks, about 1 / 10 of the total endurance training, the maximum weight squat exercise, will not affect the development of aerobic function of middle-aged and old people, on the contrary, can effectively enhance the neuromuscular function of middle-aged and old people, improve their running economy.
