【摘要】：目的探討作者醫(yī)院老年(60歲及以上)住院患者的疾病構(gòu)成和死亡原因,為進(jìn)一步研究提供基線資料。方法通過提取作者醫(yī)院2011~2015年老年住院患者資料,系統(tǒng)疾病嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)際疾病分類(ICD-10)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行分類,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果2011~2015年老年住院患者男女間不同年齡段比較存在顯著差異(χ2=767.944,P0.05);老年住院患者構(gòu)成比超過10%的系統(tǒng)疾病有循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病(22.56%)、腫瘤(15.14%)、影響健康狀態(tài)和與保健機(jī)構(gòu)接觸的因素(13.95%);其中,循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病患病人數(shù)從2011年的1498人增加到2015年的3844人,增幅為156.61%;影響健康狀態(tài)和與保健機(jī)構(gòu)接觸的因素主要是癌癥化療和腫瘤對(duì)癥治療;前十位系統(tǒng)疾病中,循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病、腫瘤、影響健康狀態(tài)和與保健機(jī)構(gòu)接觸的因素、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病、消化系統(tǒng)疾病、肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)和結(jié)締組織疾病、泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)疾病和內(nèi)分泌、營(yíng)養(yǎng)和代謝疾病在男女間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=1659.051,P0.05);腫瘤是老年住院患者死亡人數(shù)最多的系統(tǒng)疾病,為452人。結(jié)論該院老年住院患者罹患疾病及死亡原因主要以循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、腫瘤和呼吸系統(tǒng)為主,醫(yī)院應(yīng)加強(qiáng)這三類系統(tǒng)疾病的防治工作,改善和提高老年人健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the disease composition and death causes of inpatients aged 60 years and above in our hospital, and to provide baseline data for further study. Methods the data of elderly inpatients in our hospital from 2011 to 2015 were extracted. Systematic diseases are classified in strict accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) standard. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results there were significant differences between male and female aged inpatients in different age groups from 2011 to 2015 (蠂 ~ 2 / 767. 944) (蠂 ~ 2 / 767. 944) (P < 0.05). The systemic diseases with a composition ratio of more than 10% of elderly inpatients had circulatory diseases (22. 56%) and tumors 15. 14% (P < 0. 05). Health status and contact with health institutions 13.95% of which, The number of circulatory diseases increased from 1, 998 in 2011 to 3, 844 in 2015, an increase of 156.61. The main factors affecting health status and contact with health care institutions are cancer chemotherapy and tumor-to-disease treatment. Tumor was the most common systemic disease in elderly inpatients (452). Conclusion the main causes of disease and death of elderly inpatients in this hospital are circulatory system. The prevention and treatment of these three systemic diseases should be strengthened in hospitals to improve and improve the health level of the elderly.
