相同能耗量不同強(qiáng)度時(shí)間組合的功率車運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)肥胖男青年EPOC的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:隨著生活水平的提高、生活方式的改變,肥胖已經(jīng)成為全球性的人類公共健康問題。肥胖與體重控制的研究倍受關(guān)注。運(yùn)動(dòng)增加能量消耗量,可以起到防肥減肥的作用。運(yùn)動(dòng)的能量消耗不僅表現(xiàn)在運(yùn)動(dòng)中的能量消耗,而且在運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束之后也會(huì)引起額外的能量消耗即EPOC(Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption,運(yùn)動(dòng)后過量氧耗)。運(yùn)動(dòng)后EPOC的增加主要與運(yùn)動(dòng)后脂肪供能有關(guān)。因此,在運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)體重控制的研究中如何通過增加EPOC而增加運(yùn)動(dòng)總能耗量而倍受關(guān)注。本文采用不同強(qiáng)度時(shí)間組合但相同運(yùn)動(dòng)中能耗量的功率車運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),觀察其對(duì)肥胖男青年運(yùn)動(dòng)后過量氧耗的影響,為更好的利用EPOC控制體重提供試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。 研究方法:研究對(duì)象為9名無運(yùn)動(dòng)禁忌、無系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練史的肥胖男性大學(xué)生。運(yùn)動(dòng)中能量消耗為300kcal(參考ACSM減肥運(yùn)動(dòng)處方指南),分別以70%、60%、40%的VO_2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行功率車運(yùn)動(dòng)測試。其中有5人未完成70%VO_2max強(qiáng)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)測試,60%和40%VO_2max組各受試者全部完成。監(jiān)測采用MAXII運(yùn)動(dòng)心肺測試系統(tǒng),監(jiān)測運(yùn)動(dòng)前、中和運(yùn)動(dòng)恢復(fù)期的HR、VO_2max、RER和恢復(fù)期EPOC量及持續(xù)時(shí)間等指標(biāo)。統(tǒng)計(jì)方法采用PASW18.0軟件,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行重復(fù)測量方差分析,顯著水平為p<0.05。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:①運(yùn)動(dòng)后EPOC的量三組分別為6471.91(1988.40)ml,7902.92(2863.10)ml,4618.90(1099.54)ml,其中40%VO_2與60%VO_2具有顯著差異性(P=0.024),70%VO_2VS60%VO_2與70%VO_2VS40%VO_2組相比均無顯著差異(P>0.05),,但是60%VO_2有高于70%VO_2趨勢。 ②EPOC持續(xù)時(shí)間23.76(3.03)min、31.95(2.80)min、32.26(6.23)min;70%VO_2與60%VO_2相比具有顯著差異(P=0.000),70%VO_2與40%VO_2相比具有顯著差異(P=0.034),40%VO_2與60%VO_2無顯著差異(P=1.000)但是40%VO_2有EPOC持續(xù)時(shí)間有高于60%VO_2的趨勢。 ③相同能耗量不同強(qiáng)度時(shí)間運(yùn)動(dòng)后對(duì)過量能耗40%VO_2VS60%VO_2具有顯著差異性(P=0.030);70%VO_2VS40%VO_2與70%VO_2VS60%VO_2均無顯著差異性(P>0.05)。不同強(qiáng)度時(shí)間的定量運(yùn)動(dòng)后機(jī)體的總耗能變化:70%VO_2VS40%VO_2有顯著差異(P=0.004),40%VO_2VS60%VO_2具有顯著差異性(P=0.000),70%VO_2VS60%VO_2無差異(P>0.05)。 結(jié)論: 相同運(yùn)動(dòng)中能耗量(300kcal)的40%VO_2max、60%VO_2max和70%VO_2max強(qiáng)度時(shí)間組合的功率車運(yùn)動(dòng),60%VO_2max運(yùn)動(dòng)方案運(yùn)動(dòng)能耗的高于其它兩種方案。 建議: 在青年肥胖男性在運(yùn)動(dòng)減肥實(shí)踐中可接受的范圍內(nèi)盡可能采用中等偏高強(qiáng)度的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng),這樣更有利于脂肪分解代謝。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the improvement of living standard and lifestyle, obesity has become a global public health problem. Obesity and weight control have attracted much attention. Exercise increases energy consumption. It can prevent fat and lose weight. The energy consumption of exercise is not only reflected in the energy expenditure in exercise, After exercise, it also caused additional energy consumption, EPOC(Excess Post-exercise Oxygen consumption, excess oxygen consumption after exercise. The increase of EPOC after exercise was mainly related to the energy supply of fat after exercise. How to increase the total energy consumption of exercise by increasing EPOC has attracted much attention in the study of body weight control by exercise. In this paper, the power vehicle exercise intervention with different intensity time combination but the same energy consumption in exercise is adopted. To observe the effect of EPOC on excess oxygen consumption after exercise in obese young men and provide experimental basis for better use of EPOC to control body weight. Methods: nine subjects without exercise taboos were studied. Obese male college students with no history of systematic exercise training. The energy expenditure in exercise is 300kcal (refer to the ACSM diet exercise prescription guide). The power car exercise test was conducted with a VO_2max intensity of 70 / 60g / 40% respectively. Among them, 5 of them did not complete the exercise of 70VO 2max intensity. All subjects in the 60% and 40 VOS2max groups were completed. The monitoring was performed with the MAXII exercise cardiopulmonary test system. HRVO _ 2maxRER, EPOC quantity and duration of recovery period were monitored before and after exercise. The statistical method used PASW18.0 software to carry out repeated measurement variance analysis of the data, the significant level was p < 0.05. The results of the experiment were as follows: the number of EPOC in the three groups was 6471.91 / 1988.40ml / s 7902.92n / 2863.10ml / 4618.90 / 1099.54ml / ml, respectively, and there was a significant difference between 40VO2 and 60VO2 as compared with 60VO2. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but the level of 60VO2 was higher than that of 70VOVO / VS40 group (P > 0.05), but the level of 60VO2 was higher than that of 70VOVO2. 2The duration of EPOC is 23.76 / 3.03 / min / 31.95 / 2.80 / min / min ~ (32) 266.23 / min / min _ (70). There is a significant difference between P0.000T / S and 60VO2. There is no significant difference between P0.03440VO2 and 60VO2), but there is a trend that the EPOC duration of 40VO2 is higher than that of 60VO2 (P < 0.05). (3) there is a significant difference in the excess energy consumption of 40VS60VO2 after the same energy consumption amount and different intensity time movement. There is a significant difference in the total energy consumption of 70VO2VS40VO2 in the aspect of 70VO2VS40VO2. There is no significant difference between the two levels (P > 0.05). There is a significant difference in total energy consumption of 70VO2VS40VO2 after the quantitative exercise at different intensity times. There are significant differences in the total energy consumption of 70VO2VS40VO2, P0.004VS40VO2 and 40VO2VS60VO2. There was no difference (P > 0.05) between VS60 and VO2VS60. Conclusion:. The energy consumption of 40 Vos _ 2max60 / VO _ 2max / VO _ 2max / VO _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max / V _ 2max. Recommendations:. In the range acceptable to young obese men in exercise and weight loss practice, moderate and high intensity aerobic exercise is adopted as far as possible, which is more advantageous to adipose catabolism.
