【摘要】：目的分析復合顯色培養(yǎng)基在食品檢驗中快速測定大腸菌群的作用。方法以大腸菌群標準菌株及其他食源性致病菌標準菌株、85份食品樣品為研究對象對象,同時采取國標GB4789.3中對大腸菌群的檢測方法以及復合顯色培養(yǎng)法進行大腸菌群的檢測,比較兩者的檢測時間準確性等。綜合評價該復合顯色培養(yǎng)基的效果。結果將標準菌株大腸桿菌、弗氏檸檬酸桿菌、陰溝腸桿菌、阪崎腸桿菌、產氣腸桿菌和肺炎克雷伯菌接種在復合顯色平板及VRBA平板,均見生長,呈藍綠色。而福氏志賀菌、副溶血性弧菌和金黃色葡萄球菌非大腸菌群屬細菌在復合顯色平板上培養(yǎng)18 h后,菌落無生長。檢測食品樣本的陽性率與國標大腸菌群VRBA平板法差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論復合顯色培養(yǎng)基可以快速檢測食物中大腸菌群并且準確度高,值得在食品檢測中使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of compound color culture medium on rapid determination of coliform bacteria in food inspection. Methods 85 food samples were studied by using standard strains of coliform group and other standard strains of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. At the same time, the detection method of coliform group and compound color culture method in national standard GB4789.3 were used to detect coliform group, and the detection time of coliform group was compared. Accuracy, etc. The effect of the compound color culture medium was evaluated comprehensively. Results the standard strains of Escherichia coli, citric acid bacillus, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter sakazakii, Enterobacter aerogenes and Klebsiella pneumoniae were inoculated on the compound color plate and VRBA plate, and all of them were blue-green. However, Shigella flexneri, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus non-coliform bacteria were cultured on the compound color plate for 18 hours, and the colony did not grow. There was no significant difference between the positive rate of food samples and the national standard coliform group VRBA plate method (P 0.05). Conclusion the compound color culture medium can quickly detect coliform bacteria in food and has high accuracy, so it is worth using in food detection.
