大鼠孕期和哺乳期高蛋白飲食對(duì)子代代謝相關(guān)激素的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討母體孕期和哺乳期高蛋白飲食對(duì)子代代謝相關(guān)激素的影響。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠交配成功后(F0代),隨機(jī)分為3組:ProⅠ組、ProⅡ組、ProⅢ組,分別喂以不同蛋白含量的等熱卡純化飼料:DietⅠ(蛋白質(zhì):14%;碳水化合物:69.3%,E/E)、DietⅡ(蛋白質(zhì):24%;碳水化合物:59.3%;E/E)、DietⅢ(蛋白質(zhì):34%;碳水化合物:49.3%,E/E),相應(yīng)飲食貫穿孕期和哺乳期。子代(F1代)出生后3 d(P3)剔除雌性并小窩喂養(yǎng),于P21斷乳后均以正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)飼料喂養(yǎng)至實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束(P77)。期間采集子代P21、P49、P77血樣,并檢測(cè)其代謝相關(guān)激素的水平。結(jié)果:P21時(shí)點(diǎn),ProⅠ組F1代血清胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子(IGF-1)水平低于ProⅡ組(P0.01);至P49時(shí)點(diǎn),ProⅡ組、ProⅢ組IGF-1水平均高于ProⅠ組(P0.01);至P77時(shí)點(diǎn),ProⅢ組IGF-1水平為3組中最高(P0.01)。P21時(shí)點(diǎn),ProⅡ組F1代血清瘦素(Leptin)水平為3組中最高(P0.01);P49和P77時(shí)點(diǎn),ProⅠ組Leptin水平持續(xù)低于ProⅡ組和ProⅢ組(P0.05)。ProⅢ組F1代P49時(shí)點(diǎn)血漿神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)水平低于ProⅠ組(P0.01),P77時(shí)點(diǎn)各組無(wú)差異(P0.05)。ProⅢ組P77時(shí)點(diǎn)胃促生長(zhǎng)素(Ghrelin)水平高于ProⅠ組和ProⅡ組(P0.01),P49時(shí)點(diǎn)各組無(wú)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:大鼠孕期和哺乳期高蛋白飲食可引起其子代外周血中Leptin、Ghrelin、IGF-1水平升高,對(duì)外周血中NPY濃度影響較小。
