【摘要】：[目的]了解人造板材中酚醛樹脂、脲醛樹脂膠粘劑對(duì)室內(nèi)裝修后甲醛污染水平的影響。[方法]根據(jù)裝修時(shí)使用人造板材膠粘劑不同,分成酚醛樹脂膠粘劑組(A組)和脲醛樹脂膠粘劑組(B組),在裝修完工后15 d內(nèi)完成第1次監(jiān)測(cè),以后每月對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)間監(jiān)測(cè)1次,共7次。甲醛測(cè)定按GB/T 16129—1995 AHMT分光光度法。[結(jié)果]第1次監(jiān)測(cè),A組甲醛濃度范圍0.005~0.122 mg/m3,中位數(shù)0.030 mg/m3;B組甲醛濃度范圍0.128~1.64 mg/m3,中位數(shù)0.52 mg/m3,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=9.12,P0.05);A組至第3次監(jiān)測(cè)(61 d)室內(nèi)甲醛降低到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值以下;B組至第7次監(jiān)測(cè)(183 d)甲醛濃度中位數(shù)為0.26 mg/m3,仍處于較高水平。[結(jié)論]與以酚醛樹脂為膠粘劑的人造板材相比,裝修時(shí)使用脲醛樹脂為膠粘劑的人造板材可引起室內(nèi)甲醛污染水平升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of phenolic resin and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive on formaldehyde pollution level after interior decoration. [methods] according to the difference of artificial plate adhesive used in decoration, it was divided into phenolic resin adhesive group (group A) and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive group (group B). The first monitoring was completed within 15 days after decoration, and the corresponding time was monitored once a month for 7 times.
