《尿中釩、鉻、鈷、鎘、鉈、鉛的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制說(shuō)明

【摘要】:目的介紹《尿中釩、鉻、鈷、鎘、鉈、鉛的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定依據(jù)和方法內(nèi)容。方法按照GBZ/T 210.5—2008《職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定指南第5部分:生物材料中化學(xué)物質(zhì)測(cè)定方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尿樣用體積分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0%的硝酸稀釋20倍后,采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式和碰撞反應(yīng)池模式進(jìn)行測(cè)定,應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線內(nèi)標(biāo)校正法進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算。結(jié)果 6種金屬元素在測(cè)定范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均≥0.999 1,方法檢出限為0.01~0.08μg/L,加標(biāo)回收率為87.5%~105.8%,批內(nèi)精密度為1.3%~5.2%,批間精密度為1.7%~7.2%。結(jié)論《尿中釩、鉻、鈷、鎘、鉈、鉛的測(cè)定電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法能同時(shí)測(cè)定尿中多種金屬元素,具有較低的檢出限,良好的精密度和準(zhǔn)確度,可推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the basis and method for the determination of vanadium, chromium, cobalt, cadmium, thallium and lead in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods according to GBZ/T 210.5 < Occupational Health Standard formulation Guide part 5: determination method of Chemical substances in Biomaterials > Standard urine samples diluted 20 times with 1.0% nitric acid, the standard mode and collision reaction cell mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) were used, and the quantitative calculation was carried out by standard curve internal standard correction method.
