【摘要】：目的比較超重與正常體重兒童體適能、體力活動(dòng)的差異及其父母與子女體力活動(dòng)水平之間的關(guān)系,為制定針對(duì)肥胖兒童的干預(yù)方案提供參考。方法選取揚(yáng)州市某小學(xué)119名8歲兒童及其父母為研究對(duì)象。采集身高、體重、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)數(shù)據(jù),使用體力活動(dòng)問(wèn)卷測(cè)量?jī)和捌涓改傅捏w力活動(dòng)水平,采用中國(guó)體質(zhì)健康指標(biāo)中8個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)測(cè)試全面評(píng)定兒童體適能水平。結(jié)果超重男童體力活動(dòng)水平(2.90±0.65)與正常體重兒童(2.41±0.72)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.89,P0.05)。母親與其子女的體力活動(dòng)水平呈正相關(guān)(β男=0.32,β女=0.35,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論超重兒童體適能、體力活動(dòng)水平低于正常體重兒童,母親體力活動(dòng)水平與子女體力活動(dòng)水平關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the difference of physical fitness and physical activity between overweight and normal weight children and the relationship between parents and children's physical activity, so as to provide reference for making intervention programs for obese children. Methods 119 8-year-old children and their parents in a primary school in Yangzhou were selected as the subjects. The (BMI) data of height, weight and body mass index were collected and the physical activity level of children and their parents was measured by physical activity questionnaire. Eight exercise tests in Chinese physical health index were used to evaluate the physical fitness level of children.
