【摘要】：目的了解浙江省青春早期青少年性與生殖健康(SRH)教育現(xiàn)狀,為開展青少年SRH教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣法選取浙江地區(qū)小學(xué)四、五、六年級(高小)學(xué)生共1 312人,采用自編問卷獲取調(diào)查對象的一般人口學(xué)特征、SRH教育及衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的利用和需求情況。結(jié)果有37.33%(448/1 200)的高小學(xué)生從未從學(xué)校獲得過SRH知識,僅有32.95%(371/1 126)的高小學(xué)生表示學(xué)校已經(jīng)開展了青春期保健服務(wù),34.32%(127/370)的高小學(xué)生對學(xué)校開展的青春期健康保健服務(wù)表示不滿意。48.75%(586/1 202)的高小學(xué)生表示父母從未主動與其交流過SRH問題,35.94%(436/1 213)從未問過父母SRH問題,僅有16.96%(204/1 203)感覺和父母討論SRH問題較容易,有23.69%(281/1 186)希望和父母交流SRH問題。59.65%(720/1 207)的高小學(xué)生從未和同齡人交流過SRH問題。10.67%(130/1 218)曾因青春期發(fā)育和生殖健康問題去過醫(yī)院,59.42%(713/1 200)認(rèn)為有必要開設(shè)青春期生殖健康�？崎T診。結(jié)論浙江省青春早期青少年SRH學(xué)校教育、家庭教育、同伴教育及社會衛(wèi)生服務(wù)相對滯后,現(xiàn)有服務(wù)與青少年需求存在較大差距。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of (SRH) education in sexual and reproductive health of adolescents in Zhejiang Province, and to provide evidence for SRH education of adolescents.
