東平湖湖水汞砷形態(tài)賦存特征及健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:了解東平湖湖水中汞(Hg)和砷(As)的形態(tài)賦存特征及健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法于2016年5月,在東平湖采集30個(gè)表層水樣,采用原子熒光光度法對(duì)Hg和As的總濃度及其不同形態(tài)濃度進(jìn)行測(cè)定,并采用美國(guó)國(guó)家環(huán)保署(US EPA)推薦的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)其通過(guò)飲水途徑產(chǎn)生的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果東平湖湖水中總As濃度為(7.289±0.832)μg/L,總Hg濃度的中位數(shù)為0.929(0.063~3.230)μg/L;總As濃度均符合國(guó)家Ⅲ類(lèi)水標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而總Hg的超標(biāo)率為96.7%。溶解態(tài)Hg濃度占總Hg的平均比例為63.4%,高于顆粒態(tài)Hg濃度占總Hg的比例(36.6%)。各采樣點(diǎn)溶解態(tài)As和顆粒態(tài)As占總As比例的平均值分別為53.4%和46.6%,湖區(qū)北部采樣點(diǎn)溶解態(tài)As所占比重較大;溶解態(tài)As中致毒性較大的As(Ⅲ)比例較小。As和Hg通過(guò)飲水途徑產(chǎn)生的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值分別為5.46×10~(-5)/a和1.56×10~(-9)/a,As的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值遠(yuǎn)高于Hg,且超過(guò)最大可接受水平(5×10~(-5)/a)。結(jié)論東平湖湖水中Hg濃度超標(biāo),As通過(guò)飲水途徑產(chǎn)生的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值超過(guò)最大可接受風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,Hg和As應(yīng)作為東平湖的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控因子。
[Abstract]:To understand the forms and health risks of mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As) in the lake of Dongping Lake. Methods 30 surface water samples were collected in Dongping Lake in May,2016, and the total concentration of Hg and As and its concentration were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. A health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) was used to evaluate the health risks arising from the drinking water pathway. Results The total As concentration in the lake water of Dongping Lake was (7.289-0.832) & mu; g/ L; the median Hg concentration was 0.929 (0.063-3.230).
