【摘要】：目的:監(jiān)測(cè)三種不同消毒方法作用下呼吸機(jī)管路消毒效果,比較三種不同消毒方法的成本,為基層醫(yī)院選擇有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全的呼吸機(jī)管路消毒方法提供參考。方法:將240套呼吸機(jī)管路按所在醫(yī)院不同分為A、B、C三組,每組各80套,其中A組采用全自動(dòng)熱力清洗消毒法,B組采用酸性氧化電位水消毒法,C組采用1000 mg/L有效氯浸泡消毒法,每套管路消毒后均及時(shí)采樣送細(xì)菌培養(yǎng),監(jiān)測(cè)消毒達(dá)標(biāo)率,并計(jì)算消毒成本。結(jié)果:三種消毒方法消毒效果均達(dá)到100%,A組機(jī)械熱力清洗消毒設(shè)備投資、清洗消毒過程耗材與耗時(shí)均明顯高于B、C組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:熱力清洗消毒成本高,但清洗過程全自動(dòng)化,管道清洗消毒徹底,且方便保存,有條件的大中型醫(yī)院應(yīng)優(yōu)選。1000 mg/L有效氯浸泡消毒法成本低,但對(duì)皮膚及黏膜刺激性大,長(zhǎng)期接觸對(duì)人體有一定的毒性,應(yīng)盡可能不選。酸性氧化電位水消毒快速、高效、安全、方便,且消毒成本低,基層醫(yī)院應(yīng)首選。
[Abstract]:Objective: To monitor the disinfection effect of three different disinfection methods and compare the cost of three different disinfection methods. Methods:240 sets of respirator lines were divided into three groups: A, B and C. Each group was 80 sets, in which group A was a full-automatic thermal cleaning and disinfection method, and group B was treated with acid oxidation potential water, and group C was soaked in 1000 mg/ L effective chlorine for disinfection. And after each set of pipelines is disinfected, the bacteria are sampled and sent to culture, the sterilization rate is monitored, and the sterilization cost is calculated. Results: The disinfection effect of the three disinfection methods was 100%, the investment of the mechanical thermal cleaning and disinfection equipment in group A was significantly higher than that of the B and C groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: The cost of the heat-cleaning and disinfection is high, but the cleaning process is automatic, the cleaning and disinfection of the pipeline is thorough, and it is convenient to store, and the large and medium-sized hospitals with the conditions should be preferably. 1000mg/ L effective chlorine soaking and sterilizing method is low in cost, but the irritation to the skin and the mucous membrane is large, and the long-term contact has certain toxicity to the human body, It should not be selected as far as possible. The acid oxidation potential water is fast, efficient, safe and convenient, and the disinfection cost is low, and the grass-root hospital should be the first choice.
