【摘要】：目的了解安徽省相關(guān)人群孕期基本知識知曉情況及影響因素,為探討提高人群母嬰健康知識水平的方法提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣法對安徽省5076名婚檢對象、孕婦夫婦和兒童家長進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果婚檢對象、孕婦夫婦和兒童家長這3類人群的孕期基本知識總知曉率分別為2.6%(53人)、8.6%(128人)和6.7%(105人),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=63.330,P0.001)�；闄z對象對"首次產(chǎn)前檢查時哪些疾病要做相應(yīng)的化學檢查"問題的知曉率最高,為65.4%,孕婦夫婦和兒童家長對"補充葉酸從什么時間開始"問題的知曉率最高,分別為79.5%和69.7%;婚檢對象對孕期基本知識各問題的知曉率均為最低。單因素Logistic回歸分析表明,調(diào)查對象、地區(qū)、性別、年齡、職業(yè)、文化程度和家庭收入等因素與孕期基本知識知曉率有關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析表明,性別、年齡、文化程度和家庭收入是影響孕期基本知識知曉率的主要因素。結(jié)論安徽省相關(guān)人群對孕期基本知識知曉率較低,亟待采取健康教育措施,加強相關(guān)知識的宣傳和教育,提高相關(guān)人群的孕期保健知識水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and influencing factors of basic knowledge during pregnancy in Anhui Province, and to provide evidence for improving the knowledge level of maternal and infant health. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 5076 marriage subjects, pregnant women and parents in Anhui Province by stratified cluster sampling.
