【摘要】：目的探討兒童鄰苯基苯酚(o-phenylphenol,OPP)暴露負(fù)荷及其與兒童體格指標(biāo)的關(guān)系。方法于2012年7月—2013年4月調(diào)查江蘇省某縣439名3歲幼兒,在其父母協(xié)助下完成問卷調(diào)查和尿樣采集,采用氣相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法(GC-MS-MS)檢測(cè)兒童尿中OPP的含量,以廣義線性回歸模型分析OPP暴露的影響因素及其與體格指標(biāo)關(guān)系。結(jié)果兒童尿中均有OPP檢出,未校正和肌酐校正幾何均值分別為1.02μg/L和2.43μg/g Cr。兒童月齡與OPP暴露呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.027);經(jīng)常洗手的兒童OPP暴露水平較低(P=0.039)。廣義線性回歸模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn)OPP暴露與體格指標(biāo)未見統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān),按性別分層后,OPP暴露與男童頭圍呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.02),與女童頭圍呈正相關(guān)(P=0.02)。結(jié)論該地區(qū)兒童普遍暴露于OPP,OPP暴露與體格指標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)存在性別差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the exposure load of o-phenylphenol (OPP) and its relationship with physical indexes in children. Methods from July 2012 to April 2013, 439 3-year-old children in a county of Jiangsu Province were investigated. Questionnaire survey and urine sample collection were completed with the help of their parents. The content of OPP in urine of children was detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS-MS). The influencing factors of OPP exposure and its relationship with physical indexes were analyzed by generalized linear regression model. Results OPP was detected in urine of children.
