【摘要】：目的對新疆某地區(qū)不同民族職業(yè)人群職業(yè)緊張、心理健康狀況進行調(diào)查,對完善國內(nèi)職業(yè)人群心理健康流行病學(xué)資料,為制定針對不同民族的職業(yè)人群心理健康的干預(yù)措施提供參考。方法采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、工作緊張測量問卷(JSS),對2 000名年齡在18~60歲之間的職業(yè)人群進行問卷調(diào)查,然后用計學(xué)方法對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行比較分析。結(jié)果不同民族人群的職業(yè)選擇差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=329.155,P0.05);該地區(qū)職業(yè)人群與全國常模相比,在心理健康總分及人際關(guān)系敏感、恐怖等因子分中存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.01);分別對抽樣整體及各民族職業(yè)人群與全國常模進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn),不同民族具有不同程度的統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);且不同民族職業(yè)人群心理健康異常檢出率也不同(χ2=7.1214,P0.05);同時,不同民族的職業(yè)人群職業(yè)緊張程度不同,而職業(yè)緊張程度不同的職業(yè)人群心理健康狀況也有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(χ2=29.748,P0.05)。結(jié)論不同民族職業(yè)人群心理健康、職業(yè)緊張狀況不同,且隨緊張程度的增加,心理反應(yīng)也逐漸增強。
