【摘要】：目的了解威海地區(qū)兒童鈣、鐵、鋅和鉛元素的水平及在不同年齡段的變化規(guī)律,為預(yù)防相關(guān)元素缺乏和鉛中毒提供理論指導(dǎo)。方法對(duì)在威海市中心醫(yī)院就診的1 406例兒童進(jìn)行鉛、鋅、鈣、鐵元素的檢測(cè)分析。結(jié)果威海地區(qū)兒童鈣元素的水平隨年齡增長(zhǎng)呈下降趨勢(shì),而鋅、鐵和鉛元素的水平呈上升趨勢(shì)。本次共檢出低血鈣103例,低血鐵318例,低血鋅283例,高血鉛11例。不同年齡組間血鈣和血鉛的水平差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);0~1歲組的血鐵和血鋅水平與其他年齡組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論威海地區(qū)兒童微量元素水平分布趨勢(shì)符合一般規(guī)律。低血鋅和低血鐵的發(fā)生率較高,應(yīng)定期檢測(cè)兒童血液微量元素水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the levels of calcium, iron, zinc and lead in children in Weihai area and their changes in different ages, and to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention of deficiency of related elements and lead poisoning. Methods the contents of lead, zinc, calcium and iron in 1 406 children in Weihai Central Hospital were detected and analyzed. Results the levels of calcium in children in Weihai area decreased with the increase of age, while the levels of zinc, iron and lead increased. A total of 103 cases of hypocalcemia, 318 cases of low blood iron, 283 cases of low blood zinc and 11 cases of high blood lead were detected. There was no significant difference in blood calcium and lead levels among different age groups (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in blood iron and zinc levels between 0 鈮，
