【摘要】：目的了解南京市中小學生健康生活方式知識和行為現(xiàn)況及影響因素,為政府部門決策提供參考依據(jù)。方法按照分層整群隨機抽樣法,抽取3000名學生,采用問卷方法調(diào)查。結(jié)果中學生、小學生總體知識知曉率分別為80.6%和87.9%,性別、城鄉(xiāng)、健康教育課開設(shè)狀況、父母吸煙狀況、父母飲酒狀況在中學生健康知識得分上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t值分別為7.52、7.411、3.186,F值分別為20.62、11.283;P0.05);性別、健康教育課開設(shè)狀況、父母吸煙狀況、父母飲酒狀況在中學生健康行為得分上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t值分別為4.89、1.39,F值分別為25.56、34.816;P0.05)。性別、城鄉(xiāng)、父母吸煙狀況在小學生健康知識得分上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t值分別為2.395、7.804,F=7.511;P0.05);父母吸煙狀況、父母飲酒狀況在小學生健康行為得分上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F值分別為13.04、9.95;P0.05)。結(jié)論南京市學生健康生活方式知識與行為水平需進一步提高,應加強家校聯(lián)動的學生健康教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and behavior of healthy lifestyle of primary and middle school students in Nanjing and to provide reference for government decision-making. Methods according to the stratified cluster random sampling method, 3000 students were selected and investigated by questionnaire. Results the awareness rate of primary school students and primary school students was 80.6% and 87.9%, respectively. there were significant differences in the scores of middle school students' health knowledge among sex, urban and rural areas, health education classes, parents' smoking and parents' drinking status (t = 7.52, 7.411, 3.186, F = 20.62, 11.283, P 0.05).
