【摘要】：目的綜合分析遼寧口岸蚊類、蠅類監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果及病原體檢測(cè)結(jié)果,為遼寧口岸蚊類、蠅類及相關(guān)蟲媒傳染病的防控提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法 2006年1月-2015年12月,在遼寧口岸15個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),采用燈誘法、人帳誘捕法和勺撈法等監(jiān)測(cè)蚊類;采用籠誘法網(wǎng)捕法監(jiān)測(cè)蠅類。用RT-PCR等分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)蚊類攜帶的日本腦炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)、庫蚊黃病毒(Culex flavivirus)等黃病毒屬(Flavivirus)的病毒進(jìn)行檢測(cè);利用細(xì)菌學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)蠅類攜帶的致病菌(條件致病菌)進(jìn)行檢測(cè);利用寄生蟲學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)蠅類攜帶的寄生蟲蟲卵進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果共捕獲蚊類3屬15種119 184只、蠅類40屬101種238 065只。淡色庫蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)為遼寧口岸優(yōu)勢(shì)蚊種,絲光綠蠅(Lucilia sericata)等麗蠅科(Calliphoridae)種類為遼寧口岸優(yōu)勢(shì)蠅種。從蚊類樣本中檢測(cè)到日本腦炎病毒和庫蚊黃病毒,從蠅類樣品檢測(cè)到肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella Pneumoniae)、銅綠假單胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)等39種致病菌(條件致病菌)。結(jié)論遼寧口岸蚊類和蠅類均攜帶多種病原體,存在傳播相關(guān)傳染病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)防控措施。
[Abstract]:Objective To provide basic data for the prevention and control of mosquito, fly and related insect-borne infectious diseases at the port of Liaoning. Methods From January 2006 to December 2015, there were 15 monitoring points in Liaoning port, such as lamp-induced method, human-account trapping method and spoon-fishing method. The detection of the virus of the yellow virus, such as the Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), Culex flaccidae, and the like, was carried out by using the molecular biological techniques such as RT-PCR, and the pathogenic bacteria (conditions and pathogens) carried by the flies were detected by the bacteriological technique. And the parasitology technology is used for detecting the parasitic worm eggs carried by the fly. Results There were 15 119 184 species of mosquitoes, and 101 species of fly-like species were found in 101 species of 238 065. Culex piens pallens (Culex piens pallens) is the dominant species of Liriomyidae in Liaoning. 39 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus sciuri, were detected from the mosquito samples. Conclusion The mosquitoes and flies in Liaoning port carry a variety of pathogens, and there is the risk of the transmission of related infectious diseases, and the prevention and control measures should be further strengthened.
