醫(yī)務(wù)人員血源性職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)行為影響因素通徑分析

【摘要】:目的探討醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作效能感、組織環(huán)境滿意度對血源性職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)行為的影響,并建立三者之間的關(guān)系模型。方法采用自制《醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)傷害調(diào)查表》回顧性調(diào)查貴州省25家綜合醫(yī)院1 601名醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作效能感、組織環(huán)境滿意度及血源性職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)行為,并采用CALIS過程進(jìn)行隱變量通徑分析。結(jié)果醫(yī)務(wù)人員血源性職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)行為、工作效能感、組織環(huán)境各維度滿意度總體得分均達(dá)到中等水平,工作效能感、組織環(huán)境各維度滿意度與防護(hù)行為均有顯著相關(guān)性,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。工作效能感對防護(hù)行為具有直接效應(yīng)作用(效應(yīng)系數(shù)為0.11);組織環(huán)境各維度滿意度對防護(hù)行為影響程度不一致,防護(hù)設(shè)施對防護(hù)行為起正向影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)0.50),可分解為直接影響和通過工作效能感而間接影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)分別為0.51、0.02),環(huán)境壓力對防護(hù)行為起負(fù)向影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)-0.16),可分解為直接影響和通過工作效能感而間接影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)分別為-0.15、-0.01),工作場所對防護(hù)行為起負(fù)向影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)-0.11),可分解為直接影響和通過工作效能感而間接影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)分別為-0.12、0.01),安全政策對防護(hù)行為起直接影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)0.08);安全文化直接效應(yīng)不明顯,通過工作效能感間接影響(效應(yīng)系數(shù)0.03)。結(jié)論提升醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)對職業(yè)安全能力的工作效能感和組織環(huán)境滿意度,可增強(qiáng)其血源性職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of job efficacy and organizational environmental satisfaction on the protective behavior of blood-borne occupational exposure of medical staff, and to establish a relationship model among them. Methods the occupational injury questionnaire of medical staff was used to investigate the job efficacy, organizational environment satisfaction and blood occupational exposure protection behavior of 1601 medical staff in 25 general hospitals in Guizhou Province. CALIS process was used to analyze the path of hidden variables. Results the overall scores of blood-derived occupational exposure protection behavior, job efficacy and organizational environment satisfaction reached medium level. There was a significant correlation between job efficacy, organizational environment satisfaction and protective behavior, the difference was statistically significant (P0.001). The sense of work efficacy has a direct effect on protective behavior (the effect coefficient is 0.11). The degree of influence of organizational environment satisfaction on protective behavior is not consistent, and protective facilities have positive influence on protective behavior (effect coefficient 0.50), which can be decomposed into direct influence and indirect influence through sense of work efficiency (effect coefficient is 0.510.02), and environmental pressure has negative effect on protective behavior (effect coefficient-0.16).
