新疆喀什地區(qū)母乳中乳酸菌的多樣性分析

【摘要】:【目的】對新疆喀什地區(qū)母乳中乳酸菌多樣性進行分析!痉椒ā坎捎镁渑囵B(yǎng)、顯微鏡觀察、Repetitive genomic fingerprinting(Rep-PCR)指紋圖譜和16S r RNA基因序列分析相結(jié)合的方法研究母乳中乳酸菌的菌群分布。【結(jié)果】從11份母乳中共分離出乳酸菌193株,利用16S r RNA基因序列同源分析和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹對代表菌株進行了分子鑒定,193株乳酸菌隸屬于4個屬,分別為Lactobacillus(22株)、Streptococcus(42株)、Lactococcus(40株)、Enterococcus(89株)。其中,Enterococcus所占比例最大,達到46%!窘Y(jié)論】新疆喀什地區(qū)母乳中乳酸菌多樣性豐富,極具開發(fā)潛力,將為開發(fā)母乳中的益生菌以及安全可靠的微生態(tài)制劑提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the diversity of lactic acid bacteria in breast milk in Kashi area of Xinjiang. [methods] colony culture and microscope were used to observe the diversity of lactic acid bacteria in breast milk. Repetitive genomic fingerprinting (Rep-PCR) fingerprinting and 16s r RNA gene sequence analysis were used to study the distribution of lactic acid bacteria in breast milk. [results] 193 strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from 11 samples of breast milk. The representative strains were identified by 16s r RNA gene sequence homology analysis and phylogenetic tree. 193 strains of lactic acid bacteria belonged to 4 genus, which were Lactobacillus (22 strains of), Streptococcus (, 42 strains of), Lactococcus (, 40 strains of), Enterococcus (89 strains). Among them, Enterococcus accounted for the largest proportion, reaching 46%. [conclusion] Lactic acid bacteria in breast milk in Kashi area of Xinjiang are rich in diversity and have great potential for development, which will provide theoretical basis for the development of probiotics and safe and reliable microecological agents in breast milk.
