孕期分階段營養(yǎng)補充劑對孕鼠繁殖能力和體質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討分階段給予孕期營養(yǎng)補充劑對雌鼠妊娠、哺乳階段體質(zhì)及繁殖能力的影響。方法:以成年雌鼠為研究對象,按人體推薦日攝入量計算,以等效劑量的0.5倍、1倍、2倍分為低、中、高3個劑量組為實驗組,于妊娠第1天開始分別連續(xù)6d灌胃,補充孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期3種營養(yǎng)補充劑;以等量溶媒安慰劑灌胃為溶媒對照組,以正常孕鼠為正常對照組;對比觀察母鼠妊娠期、哺乳期的體重和血紅蛋白水平(HGB)變化及繁殖能力。結(jié)果:實驗各組母鼠妊娠期、哺乳期,以及離乳1周的體重除分娩次日外均高于對照組(P0.05);HGB也較對照組增高(P0.05),高劑量組除孕晚期外均較對照組有極顯著差異(P0.01);實驗各組胚胎總數(shù)和正常胚胎數(shù)與對照組無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05),但中劑量組和高劑量組異常胚胎數(shù)明顯減少(P0.05);高劑量組產(chǎn)仔數(shù)高于對照組(P0.05),哺乳21d中劑量組仔鼠存活率較對照組明顯增加(P0.05);離乳1周仔鼠存活率中劑量組較對照組明顯增加(P0.05)。結(jié)論:孕期分階段給予營養(yǎng)補充劑可增強雌鼠妊娠期和哺乳期體質(zhì),提高其繁殖能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of nutritional supplement during pregnancy on the physique and reproductive ability of female rats during pregnancy and lactation. Methods: adult female mice were divided into low, middle and high dose groups according to the recommended daily intake of human body. The rats were given intragastrically for 6 days from the first day of pregnancy. Three kinds of nutritional supplements were supplemented in the early pregnancy, the second trimester and the third trimester of pregnancy. Using the same amount of placebo as solvent control group and normal pregnant rats as normal control group, the changes of body weight and hemoglobin level (HGB) and reproductive ability of female rats during pregnancy and lactation were compared. Results: the body weight of the female rats in each group during pregnancy, lactation and 1 week out of milk was higher than that in the control group except the day after delivery (P 0.05). HGB was also higher in the high dose group than in the control group (P 0.05), except in the third trimester of pregnancy, there was significant difference between the high dose group and the control group (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the total number of embryos and the number of normal embryos between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05), but the number of abnormal embryos in the middle dose group and the high dose group decreased significantly (P 0.05). The litter size of the high dose group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the survival rate of the middle dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the survival rate of the middle dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: nutritional supplements during pregnancy can enhance the physique of female mice during pregnancy and lactation and improve their reproductive ability.
