東莞市孕中期婦女膳食營養(yǎng)狀況與妊娠結(jié)局的追蹤研究

【摘要】:目的以東莞市孕中期婦女為對象,研究其膳食營養(yǎng)狀況與妊娠結(jié)局之關(guān)聯(lián)。方法采用連續(xù)3天24小時(shí)膳食回顧法,對2014年納入東莞市某醫(yī)院隊(duì)列研究的孕中期婦女膳食進(jìn)行調(diào)查,與膳食營養(yǎng)素參考攝入量和膳食指南推薦食物攝入量進(jìn)行比較,并分析比較不同妊娠結(jié)局孕婦營養(yǎng)狀況是否存在差異。結(jié)果共納入890名孕中期婦女,年齡(26.21±3.15)歲,孕前BMI 19.83±2.45。日均能量攝入為2042 kcal,蛋白質(zhì)攝入量74.0 g,碳水化合物和脂肪供能比分別為55.20%和30.63%,基本符合推薦攝入量;而膳食纖維、鈣、視黃醇當(dāng)量、維生素B1和維生素B2攝入量分別為12.0 g/d、558.7 g/d,236.7μgRE/d、1.0 mg/d、1.1 mg/d,均低于推薦攝入量;磷、鋅和銅日均攝入量分別為1114.8 mg、12.5 mg和2.2 mg,超過推薦攝入量。蔬菜和水果日均攝入量分別為302.3 g和412.3 g,蔬菜在推薦攝入量的下限,水果比推薦攝入上限略高;魚禽蛋肉日均攝入量合計(jì)為254.7 g/d,達(dá)到推薦攝入量;而奶及奶制品日均攝入量僅為156.6 g,低于推薦攝入量。貧血組孕婦蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、維生素B_1、維生素B_2和鈣攝入量低于非貧血組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);新生兒不同出生體重、妊高癥與非妊高癥組間營養(yǎng)素?cái)z入量比較未發(fā)現(xiàn)顯著差異。結(jié)論東莞市孕中期婦女大部分營養(yǎng)素和食物的攝入量達(dá)到了推薦攝入量,但維生素B_1、維生素B_2、膳食纖維、鈣、鐵和視黃醇當(dāng)量、蔬菜、奶制品等仍存在攝入不足,貧血孕婦有不同程度蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、維生素B_1、維生素B_2和鈣的攝入量不足。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between dietary nutritional status and pregnancy outcome in women in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods the dietary intake of women in the second trimester of pregnancy included in the cohort study of a hospital in Dongguan City in 2014 was investigated by using the method of 24-hour dietary review for 3 days in a row, and compared with the reference intake of dietary nutrients and the recommended food intake of dietary guidelines. The nutritional status of pregnant women with different pregnancy outcomes was analyzed and compared. Results A total of 890 women were included in the second trimester of pregnancy, the age was (26.21 鹵3.15) years old, and the BMI before pregnancy was 19.83 鹵2.45. The average daily energy intake was 2042 kcal, protein intake, and the energy supply ratio of carbohydrates and fat was 35.20% and 30.63%, respectively, which was basically in accordance with the recommended intake. The intake of dietary fiber, calcium, Retinol equivalent, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 were 12.0g / d, 558.7g / d and 236.7 渭 g RE / d, respectively. The intake of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 was lower than the recommended intake. The average daily intake of phosphorus, zinc and copper was 1114.8 mg,12.5 mg and 2.2 mg, respectively. The average daily intake of vegetables and fruits was 302.3 g and 412.3 g, respectively. The average daily intake of fish and poultry eggs was 254.7 g / d, which reached the recommended intake at the lower limit of recommended intake of vegetables and fruits, and the upper limit of recommended intake of fruits was slightly higher than that of recommended intake.
