【摘要】：目的了解我國城市育齡婦女維生素A(VA)營養(yǎng)狀況。方法資料來源于2010~2012年中國居民營養(yǎng)與健康狀況調(diào)查。采用多階段分層與人口成比例的整群隨機抽樣方法抽樣,調(diào)查對象為我國34個大城市和41個中小城市18~44歲育齡婦女。采用高效液相色譜法測定育齡婦女血清中VA含量。應用SAS 9.2軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果顯示我國城市育齡婦女的VA平均水平為(1.67±0.73)μmol/L,VA邊緣缺乏率為12.9%(95%CI:11.3%~14.6%)、VA缺乏率為4.3%(95%/CI:3.3%~5.4%)、VA嚴重缺乏率為0.7%(95%CI:0.3%~1.2%)。大城市育齡婦女VA平均水平為(1.61±0.73)μmol/L,VA邊緣缺乏率為14.4%(95%CI:11.8%~17.2%)、VA缺乏率為6.1%(95%CI 4.5%~8.1%)、VA嚴重缺乏率為0.7%(95%CI:0.2%~1.6%);中小城市育齡婦女VA平均水平為1.72±0.72μmol/L,VA邊緣缺乏率為11.8%(95%CI:9.8%~14.0%)、VA缺乏率為2.9%(95%CI:1.9%~4.2%)、VA嚴重缺乏率為0.6%(95%CI:0.2%~1.4%)。大城市育齡婦女VA水平顯著低于中小城市育齡婦女VA水平.結論我國城市育齡婦女VA營養(yǎng)狀況處于輕度缺乏,與十年前相比VA缺乏率有所升高,應該加以重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nutritional status of vitamin A (VA) in urban women of childbearing age in China. Methods the data were collected from the survey of nutrition and health status of Chinese residents from 2010 to 2012. A cluster random sampling method with multi-stage stratification and population proportion was used to sample women aged 44 years of childbearing age in 34 large cities and 41 small and medium-sized cities in China. The content of VA in serum of women of childbearing age was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). SAS 9.2 software was used for statistical analysis.
