焦?fàn)t工尿中多環(huán)芳烴羥基代謝產(chǎn)物影響因素分析
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the level of (PAHs) hydroxyl metabolites of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in coke oven workers' urine and its influencing factors, and to explore the feasibility of PAHs as biomarkers of coke oven escape (COEs) exposure. Methods 261 coke oven workers in a coking plant were used as the contact group and 111 non-coke oven workers as the control group by means of cross-section investigation. The levels of PAHs hydroxyl metabolites in urine of two groups were determined by ultra-high liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). The results showed that 1-hydroxypyrene, 1-hydroxynaphthalene, 2-hydroxynaphthalene and 3-hydroxyphenanthrene were used to determine the levels of hydroxyl metabolites in urine of two groups. Results the levels of four kinds of PAHs hydroxyl metabolites in urine of the exposed group were higher than those of the control group (P 0.01). The levels of 1-hydroxypyrene, 1-hydroxyNaphthalene and 2-hydroxyNaphthalene in urine of the three subgroups in the exposure group were in turn the furnace top subgroup of the furnace side subgroup from low to high (P 0.05). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that 1-hydroxypyrene, 1-hydroxynaphthalene and 2-hydroxyNaphthalene in urine were associated with exposure to COEs on average after excluding the effects of sex, age, smoking and drinking (P 0.05). After excluding the effects of sex, age, length of service, smoking and drinking, 1-hydroxypyrene was found in the urine of the exposed group. 1-hydroxynaphthalene and 2-hydroxynaphthalene water showed an average dose-effect relationship with the increase of COEs exposure level (P01). The levels of 1-hydroxyNaphthalene and 2-hydroxyNaphthalene in urine of the exposed group were also associated with smoking (P 0.01). Conclusion 1-hydroxypyrene can be used as a reliable biomarker for COEs exposure evaluation, and 1-hydroxynaphthalene and 2-hydroxynaphthalene can be used as auxiliary biomarkers for COEs exposure evaluation.
