【摘要】：目的研究佛山市新生兒先天性甲狀腺功能減低癥篩查的成本效益、成本效用方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)篩查工作的效果做出評(píng)價(jià)。方法通過(guò)篩查中心,文獻(xiàn)、官方資源,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查3種途徑搜集經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)資料,并利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)工具、Tree Age Pro衛(wèi)生決策分析軟件對(duì)篩查工作進(jìn)行成本效益和成本效用的評(píng)估。結(jié)果 2000年6月至2007年12月共投入成本1 794.61萬(wàn)元,獲得效益11 769.99萬(wàn)元,凈效益9 975.52萬(wàn)元,成本效益比為1.00∶6.56。篩查每投入3 216元可避免一個(gè)傷殘調(diào)整壽命年。結(jié)論篩查項(xiàng)目具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)適用性,值得更多的資金投入,以進(jìn)一步推廣和普及。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness economic data of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism screening in Foshan City, and to evaluate the effect of screening. Methods the economic data were collected by screening center, literature, official resources and questionnaire survey, and the cost-effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of screening were evaluated by, Tree Age Pro health decision analysis software. Results from June 2000 to December 2007, the total investment cost was 17.9461 million yuan, the benefit was 117.6999 million yuan, the net benefit was 99.7552 million yuan, and the cost-benefit ratio was 1.00 脳 6.56. Screening every 3 216 yuan can avoid a disability adjustment life year. Conclusion the screening project has good economic applicability and is worth more investment in order to further popularize and popularize.
