【摘要】：采用二部模型法和人力資本法計(估)算121例塵肺住院患者的直接和間接經(jīng)濟損失,并利用傷殘調(diào)整壽命年預(yù)測患者未來生存期限內(nèi)直接經(jīng)濟損失均值。結(jié)果顯示,121例患者2014年總的疾病經(jīng)濟損失為35 947 253.54元,人均297 084.74元。其中,直接經(jīng)濟損失為6 723 285.14元,人均55 564.34元;間接經(jīng)濟損失達(dá)29 223 968.40元,人均241 520.40元;未來人均直接經(jīng)濟損失達(dá)1 534 409.25元,為吉林省2012年城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入的2.75倍,且30~60歲的塵肺患者未來直接經(jīng)濟損失是吉林省2012年城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入的33.50~112.42倍。可見塵肺患者疾病經(jīng)濟損失巨大,應(yīng)切實采取措施,降低塵肺發(fā)病率,減少經(jīng)濟損失。
[Abstract]:The direct and indirect economic losses of 121 inpatients with pneumoconiosis were calculated by two-part model method and human capital method, and the mean direct economic losses in the future survival period of patients were predicted by disability adjusted life years. The results showed that the total disease economic loss in 2014 was 35947 253.54 yuan, with a per capita loss of 297 084.74 yuan. Among them, the direct economic loss is 6.723 285.14 yuan, the per capita economic loss is 55 564.34 yuan, the indirect economic loss is 29223 968.40 yuan, the per capita economic loss is 241520.40 yuan, and the indirect economic loss is 29223 968.40 yuan.
